OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a wrapper perfected for treats, of the type constituted by a small edible element that can be sucked and / or chewed and that can be sweet or not, which is presented with wrapping to isolate it from the environment.

Specifically, the improved candy wrap of the invention has the particularity that it constitutes a cleaning element for the teeth, disposable or disposable, attractive and very simple to use.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

During the last years the concern for hygiene and, especially dental hygiene, has undergone an increase that, as it is known, translates into the appearance of numerous aesthetic and preventive treatments, as well as the arrival on the market of countless products for care and dental hygiene. As an example, utensils such as toothbrushes and dental floss can be cited, which have a wide variety of presentations and designs. In the same line there are, of course, toothpastes, mouthwashes, etc., which alone constitute already an extensive catalog of products.

In addition, this concern for dental hygiene has also extended not only to what can be practiced in physics or at home, but also to those situations in which individuals need to perform their oral hygiene outside these two environments, that is, , when they are traveling for work, leisure, etc., for which they have developed utensils and single-use items that can be taken with them and discarded later.

Some of these utensils are, for example, disposable tooth cleaning wipes, of the type that come in plastic packages or boxes containing several units. Among them are wipes specially designed for use by babies, pets or adults. Among the latter there are, for example, some specially designed to be used after the tasting and ingestion of red wine, in order to eliminate the stains of wine that remain on the teeth.

Another example of these utensils are single-use toothbrushes that adapt to a finger, also called dediles or thimbles for oral hygiene, and that allow the user to simulate the use of a conventional toothbrush in situations where they do not one is available. Examples of these devices can be seen in the Utility Models nos. U9200861, U803136, U200102571 or U9001326.

All these elements, however, have different problems, such as their high volume in the case of wipes, or their price. Likewise, in spite of being portable and disposable, due to their size they generally require them to be taken with them to have them available on any occasion, which is not always possible if a bag or similar is not available.

On the other hand, candies or chewing gum are known which are manufactured using some cleansing and / or refreshing ingredient with which the user can, at any given time, practice certain oral hygiene in any place and in a comfortable and simple way.

However, these candies or chewing gums, of course, have serious limitations in terms of their cleansing power, because at most they produce a very superficial effect and do not serve to conveniently clean the dental interstices or the surface of the teeth, tongue, gums, etc. .

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order to solve the problems of the state of the art mentioned above, the present invention presents an improved candy wrap that constitutes

a cleaning medium for the oral cavity and teeth of very small cost, transportable along with the candy and easily disposable.

Specifically, said wrapping comprises an outer face and an inner face. However, while its external face is capable of presenting the usual ornamentation, decoration or legend that identifies the product, its internal face comprises cleaning means that the user can use easily and comfortably.

More specifically, the user, once unwrapped the candy and after having ingested this or not, may proceed to perform their dental hygiene without holding the wrapper with their fingers, or even wrapping the wrapper in one or more of them in a way that your mouth is in contact with the cleaning means present on the inner side of the wrapper.

Thus, it will be enough that, by grasping the wrapper correctly, the user traverses the surface of his teeth, tongue and / or encla at will to drag the particles or remains that may have remained in his mouth after eating a food, drinking a drink, etc.

It is achieved in this way that a candy is the vehicle to always have a cleaning element of the oral cavity and teeth, either because it is precisely desired to clean it when consuming the candy itself or because it is desired to clean it after having ingested any other type of food or drink.

The improved candy wrap of the invention also has the advantage that externally the candy has the same appearance as a conventional candy, avoiding the need for a specific product for oral cleaning.

Additionally, it is achieved that the waste generated is the same as when consuming a candy with conventional wrapping, since in said wrapping it is also discarded without having any utility.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In view of the figures, it can be seen how the device of the invention is constituted by an improved candy wrapper (1) that constitutes a cleaning means for the oral cavity and teeth.

As can be seen in the figures, said improved wrapper (1) comprises an outer face (1a) and an inner face (1b). Said external face (1a) presents the usual ornamentation, decoration or legend that identifies the product, while its internal face (1b) in turn comprises the cleaning means (2) with which the user can perform oral hygiene.

As it is evident, the sweets to which the perfected wrapper (1) of the invention is directed could be constituted by any type of caramel, chewing gum, sweet, snack, etc. with or without stick or handle, provided that said improved packaging (1) of the same has dimensions of a few centimeters.

Likewise, said improved wrapping (1) may be constituted by a sheet of square, rectangular, circular or any other capricious form, since the shape thereof does not influence the functionality provided that it has such dimensions that it can be held by the user comfortably and allows to apply the cleaning means of his internal face to the mouth of the user.

Likewise, as can be seen in Figure 1, the perfected wrapper (1) can wrap the candy well thanks to the classic folds like a "chocolate" type knot, by sticking in one of its points, etc. provided that said folding allows the function for which it has been designed.

As for the cleaning means (2), these may consist of reliefs of any type such as stripes, spots or bulges, strips or any other type of roughness that helps oral cleaning.

As for the way of joining the cleaning means (2) to the inner face (1b) of the improved packaging (1), according to a possible embodiment of the invention shown in the figures, the cleaning means (2) are found materialized on one of the faces of an intermediate sheet (3) in such a way that on the other side said intermediate sheet is in turn joined to the inner face (1b) of the perfected packaging by means of any conventional procedure such as bonding, heat sealing , etc.

Another possible embodiment of the invention will be, however, that in which the cleaning means (2) are materialized directly on the inner face (1b) of the improved packaging (1) or on the intermediate sheet (3), for example by the deposition in certain areas of a greater quantity of the material itself that constitutes the perfected packaging (1).

Finally, another possible embodiment will be one in which the cleaning means (2) are constituted by independent elements attached to the inner face (1b) of said wrapper or to the intermediate sheet (3) by any conventional method of bonding, heat sealing, etc.

On the other hand, the perfected wrapper (1) may be constituted of such
