oy EXTRAIBLE SURVEILLANCE UNIT SYSTEM FROM YOU INTELLIGENT MOBILE PHONE OBJECT OF THE INVENTION: 5 The object of the present invention relates to a system and a procedure that including different devices allows the user, through its mobile phone terminal smart or smartphone, can or have the ability to monitor an area that you have selected within your environment. We have all encountered situations in which we wish to have a remote surveillance of an area to be quiet. For example, to monitor a suitcase in a hotel room, the house, a business, a company, the elderly, children or babies, etc. Normally these types of situations that require remote surveillance can be divided into two, those that require permanent surveillance and those that require temporary surveillance. To cover the 15 needs of permanent surveillance, the use of IP cameras that via the Internet alert their owner to danger is usually used. But when it comes to covering the need for temporary surveillance, such as monitoring a suitcase or an exposed property in a place where we distrust security or that it is not guaranteed, an appropriate system / procedure becomes necessary. 20 such an end. In this sense this patent application is filed. For this, it is based on an advanced or intelligent mobile phone that once modified allows any of its high or low resolution cameras (usually have two) can be extracted in such a way that it can be left in the place you want to monitor and leaving The operative telephone in its basic functions. In this way, we would only have a mobile phone in 25 appearance, but in reality it could unfold in two
units: A primary or main unit that would have all the usual services and a secondary or removable unit from the main unit and capable of transmitting data (audio, video, motion detection, etc.) to the previous unit. In this way the user would have a remote surveillance equipment 5 divided into two units, but integrated into a single device under the appearance of a conventional smart mobile phone. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION: The patented systems for mobile phones are of such variety, complexity and scope that there is an almost impossible task to relate those that could have some kind of similarity to what is stated in this application. The popular existence of IP cameras is easily ascertained as explained. After analyzing the databases in Spanish and freely available, nothing similar was found to what is presented. 15 The advantage of the system presented with this application, with respect to the state of the art described, is the provision of an additional service that is incorporated into a smartphone without the need for the user to purchase extra surveillance equipment. In addition, the solution presented to cover this type of surveillance, defined as temporary or temporary, and which poses a real security problem, is estimated to be the fastest, most economical and convenient for the user. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION: As is well known, every mobile phone has, as a general rule, about 25 basic elements for its operation, elements such as:
Housing or circuit board: It is the plastic or metal container or cover that serves as support or fixation of all the elements. Intercom all parts of the mobile and is part of the structure of the phone. Integrated circuit: It is a chip or a combination of chips located on the previous board or circuit board. Screen: It is the interface or means of communication with the user to interact with the machine when viewing applications and mobile functions. They are usually touch screens. Battery: Power supply. Rechargeable and one piece. 10 Antenna: Captures, intercepts and amplifies network signals. 15 Microphones and speakers: They allow the user to use their voice, and listen to the voice of the contact with whom they establish telephone communication. Additional components: cameras, WiFi antennas, GPS devices, audio recorders, memory cards, accelerometers, etc. Normally advanced phones carry two cameras; a high resolution one on the back side, and a low resolution one on the front side where the touch screen is. The first camera is usually used for photos or videos and the second for videoconferences. The procedure and removable surveillance unit system in smart mobile phones 20 presented here, modifies the above elements as follows: Housing or circuit board: It is configured in two units separable from each other. A main unit and a secondary unit. So the main unit has all the display and control functions, leaving the
Secondary unit, only with battery, camera, a signal emission system and an on / off button. Integrated circuit: It is configured in two units separable from each other. A main unit and a secondary unit. 5 Display: Only the main unit has a display. Battery: When separating the surveillance or secondary emitting part from the main part, a part of the battery (smaller) is removed and is connected in series to the previous one, so that when both parts are together (main and secondary) are loaded at the same time. 10 -Antenna: Both the main and secondary units have independent antennas. Microphones and speakers: Optionally the secondary unit will carry its own microphone. Additional components: The secondary unit optionally, being removed from the primary or main unit, "drags" or is integral with the high resolution camera of said unit, leaving the main unit only with the low resolution camera. In addition, the secondary unit must carry some data transmission system (WiFi antenna, etc.). 20 The secondary unit will have a support or fixation system in the environment to which it is desired to monitor, such as a small tripod (or a flat base, etc.). Regarding the procedure of action we have the following stages: The user You want to establish a temporary remote surveillance using your phone and without resorting to other devices that are outside your 25 Smartphone terminal.
Removing the secondary unit from the mobile phone. Positioning of the secondary unit in the area to be monitored Synchronization or programming between both units to establish surveillance and interconnection. 5 The user decides to terminate the temporary remote surveillance, and for this, relocates the secondary unit inside the main unit. End of the process, and optionally, recharge of both units. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS: 10 Figure 1: Removable surveillance unit system in smart mobile phones. Figure 2: Flow chart of the procedure. DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT: In view of figure 1 the system is described as follows: 15 We start from the back side of the smartphone or Smartphone. The high resolution camera (1) is usually found on said rear face together with a LED that acts as a flashlight and / or flash. From this rear face the secondary unit (2) is unfolded, which is composed of a battery connected in series or parallel with the main or primary unit (so that they are charged together when connected) a data transmission / synchronization system with the main unit, an independent antenna, an on / off button, the high-resolution camera itself, a microphone, as well as all the circuits or electronic elements necessary to achieve the desired end of temporary remote surveillance. On the other hand, the main unit (3) already with the secondary unit removed, 25 will operate as a conventional Smartphone, with its touch screen
of display (5) your speaker (6) your microphone (7) and one of the two cameras, probably the low resolution (4) designed for videoconferences, that is, it will have all the usual elements, except for one of the two cameras, as well as with a shorter battery life, since, when both 5 main and secondary units are connected, the charge of both batteries is added but being separated it is subtracted or divided. When removing from the primary unit, the secondary unit, there is an empty space that will be self-filled or self-filled with a hidden element under the housing or back cover. Said element consists of a kind of sliding sliding curtain that by a spring or elastic energy, 10 tends to move by itself when the secondary unit is removed, such that the rear part of the main unit, when stripped of the unit secondary, it will have a continuous and smooth appearance. Procedurally, in view of Figures 1 and 2, the operation process is described as follows: 15 The user wishes to establish a temporary remote surveillance using his phone and without resorting to other devices that are outside his Smartphone terminal. (Start) Removal (8) of the secondary unit from the mobile phone that is unfolded into two units, one primary and the aforementioned secondary (Extraction 20 of the Secondary Unit or EUS) Positioning of the secondary unit in the area to be monitored . To facilitate their support on a flat surface, there are pins that protrude outward by themselves by the action of a spring that pushes them when it is released when removing the secondary unit (9) 25 (Positioning Secondary Unit or P.U.S.)
5 10 Synchronization / interconnection of data between both units, primary and secondary, to establish surveillance. (Synchronization between Units or SU) The user decides to end the temporary remote surveillance, and for this, after turning off the secondary unit by pressing the on / off button, relocates the secondary unit inside the primary unit by completing the smartphone as it was originally and that now, once completed, it operates in joint mode (Secondary Unit Reposition or RUS) End of the process and optional recharge of the battery of both units as if they were one (End) It is not considered necessary to make this description so that any person skilled in the art understands the scope of the invention and the advantages derived therefrom. The terms in which this report has been written must always be taken in a broad and non-limiting sense. The materials, shape and arrangement of the elements will be subject to variation as long as this does not imply an alteration of the essential characteristics of the system and procedure. twenty
