The present invention relates to a novel device for dressing bottled beverages, so that the mouth of the bottle is initially impregnated with a liquid, which is usually based on citrus, and subsequently sprinkled with a granulated solid, usually salt, a mixture of salts or sugars that is fixed to the mouth of the bottle by means of the liquid that has been previously dispensed.

Find special application in the field of industry related to hospitality supplies.

TECHNICAL PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED AND BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the hospitality sector, different forms of presentation of beverages are known that make cocktails and combinations presented in a more attractive way. Among these forms of presentation are those characterized by the presentation of the container, presenting the combined in very attractive formats.

Canitas or suction tubes with very varied colors and geometries are also introduced into the presentations, which, when sipping, generate some kind of spectacle.

Another type of presentation is that which is made in combination as is the well known with margarita cocktails, where the edge of the glass is impregnated with salt mixed with some type of liquid that provides a strong flavor.

However, none of these presentations is based on exotic presentation of bottled drinks, but already served in glasses.

Since the first forms of presentation are based on additional elements that are incorporated into the beverage, without any type of innovation, the present invention is based on the last type of presentation.

Thus, the present invention describes a dispenser of dressings for bottled beverages that incorporates two clearly differentiated parts: one for dispensing liquid and another for dispensing granulated product, such as salt, sugar or the like.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention describes a dressing dispenser for bottled beverages with the ability to dispense both liquid product and granulated product.

The dispenser is comprised of a rigid container attached by the end of the base to a body to dispense granules in the form of a funnel and by the end of the mouth to another body to dispense liquids, also in the form of a funnel. The funnel for liquids is connected by the neck to a flared body to dispense liquids. The granulate funnel is attached to a flared body to dispense granules by means of a nozzle that has a hollow cylindrical geometry and incorporates a plurality of holes in each of the extreme zones.

In this way, a liquid is seasoned at one end of the dispenser and granulated product is seasoned at the other end of the dispenser, a liquid zone and another granulate zone being defined.

The container includes in its interior an airtight bag that incorporates a valve, for the introduction and extraction of liquid, by means of which it is attached to the container.

In the liquid zone, the dispenser also comprises an injector that passes through the neck of the funnel for liquids through a drill. The injector incorporates a main canalization. One of the ends of the injector is located in the flared body for liquids fixedly and attached to a support ball. To ensure this fixation, the injector incorporates a head, larger in diameter than the body, with two functions. The first is to incorporate a plurality of ducts connected to the main pipeline to improve the peripheral liquid dispensation. The second is to prevent the injector from entering the liquid funnel, having a diameter larger than the neck drill. The other end is located in the funnel for liquids and crosses a stop, reaching the valve of the bag. To improve the dispensing of liquid, the container is pressurized, exerting pressure on the bag that causes the liquid to spray out.

Between the container and the funnel for liquids there is a coaxial spring with the injector.

In the area of granulate, the nozzle, through one end, crosses the flared body, being fixed to it. On the other end, it has the ability to slide inside the neck of the funnel for granules. The two ends of the nozzle are closed by means of two support plugs.

As in the liquid zone, the dispenser incorporates a coaxial spring to the nozzle located between the granulate funnel and the granulated flared body.

In addition, the dispenser can be presented with a bottle opener ring incorporated into the body of the dispenser.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a dressing dispenser for bottled beverages.

As can be seen in figure 1, the dispenser is formed by a container (1), rigid, preferably cylindrical, connected to a funnel-shaped body (2a, 2b) at each end. In the neck (4) of each funnel (2a, 2b) a flared body (3a, 3b) is configured so that it can be fitted in the mouth of a bottle (19). Liquid from one of the ends of the dispenser is supplied, preferably some type of citrus, which will be deposited on the mouth of the bottle (19), moistening it. At the other end of the dispenser a granulated product, typically salt, is supplied which, in the same way, will be deposited on the mouth of the bottle (19). The order of application of the dressings is as described: first the liquid and secondly the granulated product, which will remain fixed in the mouth of the bottle (19) as a result of the liquid.

Each of the ends of the dispenser of the invention is analyzed below in order to know its operation in detail.

Figure 2 represents a section of the liquid dispensing side.

The liquid supplied by the dispenser comes from a flexible bag (6) that is located inside the container (1). The bag (6) contains a valve (7) by which it is attached to the mouth of the container (1). The container (1) is filled with gas

pressure, so that it puts pressure on the bag (6). In this way, when the valve (7) of the bag (6) is actuated, the liquid will pressurize, producing the effect of a spray.

The end of the container (1) that has the valve (7) fits into a funnel-shaped body that, being in the liquid area of the dispenser, is called a liquid funnel (2a). This funnel for liquids (2a) is connected by the neck (4) to a flared body that, for the same reason, is called the flared body for liquids (3a). The dispenser supplies liquid through an injector (8).

The injector (8) is composed of an elongated body (9) attached to a head (10). The head (10) of the injector (8) is inside the flared body for liquids (3a) and attached to it. The body (9) of the injector (8) passes through the neck (4) and enters the liquid funnel (2a) to the valve (7). The body (9) of the injector (8) crosses a coaxial stop (14) that is shorter than the body (9) of the injector (8).

The free end of the head (10) of the injector (8) is topped with a closing ball (13).

The body (9) of the injector (8) has an inner main pipe (11) that ends at the head (10), where it is distributed in a plurality of ducts (12) of smaller diameter. The ducts (12) are uniformly distributed radially in the head (10) of the injector (8) and form an angle greater than perpendicular to the main duct (11) and outwards, so as to facilitate the exit of the liquid.

A recovery spring (5) coaxially surrounds the body (9) of the injector (8) and the stop (14). The spring (5) is located between the valve (7) of the container (1) and the neck (4) of the liquid funnel (2a).

To dispense liquid, the dispenser is placed in an upright position, introducing the mouth of a bottle (19) into the flared body for liquids (3a). The support ball (13) rests on the mouth of the bottle (19) and plug the hole, the mouth of the bottle (19) remaining between the support ball (17) and the flared body (3b).

In this way, by exerting pressure with the dispenser on the bottle (19), the container (1) moves into the liquid funnel (2a), pressing the spring (5), until contacting the liquid funnel ( 2a) by the stop (14). The injector (8) drives the

valve (7) and allows the liquid to leave the bag (6) and enter through the main duct (11) of the injector (8), leaving the ducts (12) of the head (10) of the injector (8). Due to the effect of the pressure to which the bag (6) is subjected, by the gas from the container (1), the liquid leaves the injector (8) in a powdered form and is deposited on the mouth of the bottle (19), which is the free space between the support ball (13) and the flared body (3a). The recovery spring (5) is responsible for returning the assembly to the initial position when pressure is no longer exerted on it.

Figure 3 represents a section of the dispenser side of the granulated product.

This end of the dispenser comprises a funnel for granules (2b) and a flared body for granulates (3b), as on the liquid side.

It should be noted that, due to the funnel shape itself, the container (1) enters the funnels (2a, 2b) to a certain depth, leaving a free space in the area near the neck (4) of the funnels ( 3a, 3b). On the granules side, this space is used as a deposit for the granulated product to be applied, which will normally be salts or sugars.

In this case, the neck (4) that joins the funnel for granules (2b) with the flared body for granules (3b) is cut, the two pieces (2b, 3b) being joined by means of a nozzle (15). This nozzle (15) is preferably hollow cylindrical. It is fixed to the flared body for granules (3b), through it, and can slide down the neck (4) of the granulate funnel (2b). A spring (5) coaxially surrounds the nozzle (14).

The nozzle (15) incorporates a series of holes (16) in each of the end areas of the ends.

The end of the nozzle (15) that enters the granulate funnel (2b) is topped with a support plug (17) that prevents the removal of the nozzle (15) from the granulate funnel (2b) and covers the access to the inside of the nozzle (15). In rest, the holes (16) of the support plug (17) are outside the funnel (3b) without contact with the granulated product.

The other end of the nozzle (15) is also topped with a support plug (17) and the holes (16) are fixedly and permanently in the flared body of granules (3b).

To dispense the granulated product, the dispenser is placed in an upright position, introducing the mouth of a bottle (19) into the flared body for granules (3b). The support cap (17) closes the hole in the mouth of the bottle (19), the mouth of the bottle (19) remaining between the support cap (17) and the flared body (3b).

By exerting pressure with the dispenser on the bottle (19), the nozzle (15) slides into the granulate funnel (2b). The holes (16) of the nozzle (15) move inside the granulate funnel (2b), causing the granulated product to enter the nozzle (15) and access the flared body for granulates (3b) through the holes of the other extreme, depositing over the mouth of the bottle (19). The recovery spring (5) returns the nozzle 815) to its initial position once pressure on the dispenser is stopped.

It should be borne in mind that, as already mentioned, this phase is done in second place, after the liquid phase, then the mouth of the bottle (19) is already humidified when the granulated product is supplied. In this way, the granulated product falls on the mouth of the bottle (19) and is adhered to it by the liquid.

It should also be taken into account that, when the dispenser is removed, a small amount of granulated product will fall into the bottle (19), without being inconvenient because it is a minimum quantity.

The end of the support plug (17) that enters the nozzle (15) has a conical geometry, so that it does not trap the holes (16) of the nozzle (15) and allows the product to pass through the holes (16) .

The dispenser presents a way of fixing the funnels (2a, 2b) to the container reversibly by methods known in the state of the art.

The funnel for granules (2b) is attached to the container (1) without the possibility of relative movement by means of a reversible joint. This union can be threaded, by means of an area of greater grip that prevents movement without a greater effort, or methods
