Abstract
El toro hidráulico productor de electricidad, esta invención, es un mecanismo construido con tubos curvados, unidos por sus extremos, hasta formar un toroide hueco y hermético. En su interior, se fijan dos turbinas con generador y válvulas anti-retroceso, se llena de agua y aire. El toro, fijado sobre una base flotante, captura la energía de la superficie marina, la transfiere al agua interior que circula, con fuerza y velocidad, moviendo dos turbinas hidroeléctricas. Con un muelle, uniendo una base rígida a un zócalo, el toro produce energía eléctrica bajo carreteras y ferrocarriles. Puede tener otras aplicaciones industriales.
