D E S C R I P C I O N

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an influx control system in premises with access control, preferably designed for public places with high influx, such as exhibition and congress buildings, party halls, sports stadiums, discos, hotels, markets, shopping centers, pavilions, halls, concerts, etc.

The object of the invention is to provide a system by means of which it is possible to control electronically in a quick, simple and effective way the real number of people in a room.

Thus, the device of the invention allows to carry out the registration and totalization of the data related to the number of people present, by means of a remote calculator, which, subsequently, is responsible for storing and transferring the results to be stored in different control devices , being able to access said data via WIFI / cable, allows reliable and instantaneous information of the occupation.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the field of practical application of the invention, that of public places with high attendance, such as concert halls, sports venues and similar, it is necessary to keep a safe control of the capacity or number of people who are in the facilities, so that when there are several entrances and exits in said premises, and it is common for people to enter and leave arbitrarily, great difficulties are often caused when controlling the capacity of the premises.

Corresponding entries, as mentioned above, the means used do not usually foresee the departure of the premises of the people, in addition to the previously mentioned problems related to the existence of multiple entries and exits.

Thus, the applicant is not aware of the existence of any capacity control system in premises that is currently reliable and easily accessible to it.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The system proposed by the invention solves in a fully satisfactory manner the problem described above based on a simple but extremely effective solution.

To do this, and more specifically, it is envisaged that each user be assigned an unequivocal means of identification, which can be materialized in two different ways.

The first way, is achieved through the user's own mobile phone, so that once it arrives at the premises, through its Smartphone (Intelligent Mobile) you must connect to the WIFI of the system and collect your BARCODE ”( Excerpted from your MAC Address WIFI as a unique identifier), this system requires the presentation of the Smartphone connected to the WIFI of the system only once, which will automatically deliver your Access Tag (Tag) on the page in your browser allowing you to obtain your code bars in one step, serving both "inputs" and "outputs."

In case you do not have a telephone, and as a second means of identification, you are offered a “pre-printed adhesive label”.

As for these identification tags, they can be materialized in many different ways, both analog (1D and 2D) and digital (RFID, NFC, FeliCa ...), and can be offered on different media (pendants, pins, cards, etc.).

From these means of access, it is envisaged that in correspondence with each of the entrances / exits of the premises a sensor device is established, through which it is possible to carry out the control of entrances / exits so that said devices collectors communicate, with a database or calculating device, in which the different inputs and outputs are controlled, to know at all times the number of people inside the premises.

For this, these calculations are visible to the control personnel by means of an indicating device, which is also related to one of the pick-up devices, either wired or wireless.

More specifically, the pick-up device, equipped with WIFI connection means, will be associated with a tag code reader, being able to install as many devices as desired to cover all the spaces that can be measured in an influx issue, totaling the recorded data , without this entailing duplicity in the counts of people.

As for the calculating device, it is a remote device, which requires for its operation to be connected to the electrical network, as well as to be connected to an Internet socket, either through a modem cable, or through a switch or router

The calculator processes, totals and carries out the storage in the devices that capture the data obtained, through the processing by a server team equipped with adequate security and protection for the integrity of the system.

As for the indicating device, it is normally installed at the entrance or entrances to the premises, where the total influx can be visualized. Several can be installed, usually 1 for each entrance area of the establishment.

The indicating device must be connected by WIFI (optional cable / modem).

There is a bidirectional protocol between the entire system that allows permanent verification of communication and operating status. In the event that any equipment is out of service, it causes the display of a bright visual alert, as well as the indication of the fault.

The configuration of the indicating device is customized for each installation depending on the collector equipment used, and the morphology of the premises or building to control its access.

This device works as a system dashboard, as will be explained later.

As for the installation of these collector equipment, they can be installed in many different ways, either in baseboards, posts, murals, on some type of furniture or even on the ground,

From this structure, and as mentioned previously, in the premises to be controlled, at least one access registry entry is defined, with personnel and tag reader and a registration exit, with personnel and tag reader, so that the reading of the tag code is done, either from the user's mobile device or from the tag assigned to the person.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

As can be seen in the figures summarized, and especially in figure 2, a series of collector equipment (1), arranged in correspondence with each of the entrances / exits of the premises, is provided in the system of the invention. .

The pickup devices (1) communicate, preferably via cloud (Internet), with a database or calculating device (2), in which the different inputs and outputs are controlled, to know at all times the number of people in the inside the premises, as well as with an indicating device (3) in which to visualize the capacity status.

For this, and according to figure 1, each user is assigned an unequivocal identification means, which can be materialized in two different ways.

The second option, also shown in Figure 1, consists of having a “pre-printed adhesive label” (8), which can be materialized in many different ways, both analog (1D and 2D) and digital (RFID, NFC, FeliCa ...), and can be offered on different supports (pendants, pins, cards, etc.).

As previously mentioned, the staff (9) of the organization must also identify themselves through this system, to correctly control the capacity.

Each sensor device (1) will be associated with at least one tag code reader (10), also having WIFI connection means, being able to install as many devices as desired to cover all the spaces that can be measured in terms of influx, totaling the recorded data, without this entailing duplicity in the counts of people.

For its part, the calculating device (2), is a remote device, which requires for its operation to be connected to the electrical network, as well as to be connected to an Internet outlet, either through a modem cable, or through a switch or router.

The calculating device (2) processes, totals and stores the data obtained by the readers (10) in the capture devices (1), by processing by a server equipment equipped with adequate security and protection for the integrity of the system .

As for the indicating device (3), this is normally installed at the entrance or entrances to the premises, where the total influx can be visualized also having means of connection to the network, preferably wireless.

In this way, and as mentioned above, there is a bidirectional protocol between the entire system that allows the permanent verification of communication and operating status. In the event that any equipment is out of service, it causes the display of a bright visual alert, as well as the indication of the fault.

In accordance with Figure 3, the pick-up devices (1) are electrically powered through a 24V POE transformer (11) connected to the network (12), which provides protection against electrical disturbances, since in such cases , as a fuse, the power supply is cut and therefore the device does not suffer any damage or internal functional damage, not being repaired.

These pickup devices (1) are equipped with a double radio set that has two antennas for each set. When this is the case, the system is capable of storing up to 20 GB of data locally, internally, on each device, which means maintaining the record for more than a full year, after being disconnected.

For this, each sensor device (1) will internally include a CPU with its corresponding RAM, a Wireless communications module, the corresponding power supply, the two antennas previously mentioned and associated with a radio module, as well as a solid disk, preferably 20 gigabytes of storage capacity.

The pick-up devices (1) record the MAC numbers of the Smartphone or TAGS (Labels), as well as the time of registration in Timestamp format (Example: 98: E0: D9: 02: 01: 02: 05 2005-10-30 T 10:45 UTC).

These data are sent through the Internet where the calculating equipment (2), processes and totals them, through the cloud (17), taking into account the equipment that is grouped in the installation, all as shown in figure 5.

The totalized data are sent back to each sensor device (1) for storage with a periodicity to be determined in the installation, which can be a minimum of 60 seconds. Thus, each sensor device (1) will have the data corresponding to its system stored locally, as well as any other sensor device (1) to which it is associated in a network.

To access the data of each equipment, it will be necessary to connect it to an electrical network with a POE injector, as shown in Figure 3, as well as the use of the application to visualize the data through direct connection via Wi-Fi with that .

Communications between the different teams that participate in the system of the invention are made in an encrypted manner, in binary format and with the necessary protocols to guarantee security.

The calculating device (2) in server functions presents the following security features relevant to the correct functionality of counting people by the system:

o 24 hour surveillance.

o Uninterruptible power supply system.

o Duplication of support equipment with immediate restart. o Firefighting system and physical intrusion.

o Main Internet connection and second connection that ensures connectivity.

o A system of CORTAFUEGOS that prevents attacks on the system. o It has the SW and Databases capable of providing the service.

From this structure and as can be seen in Figure 4, in the installation (14) to be controlled, at least one input control (15) and one output control (16) are defined, being able to define as many intermediate controls or by rooms / plants as deemed convenient, in which the respective sensor device (1) will be installed.

The pickup device (1) located at the entrance (15) identifies the access to the enclosure, and the pickup device located at the exit (16) discovers the person from the enclosure, through the reading of the tag code through the readers (10), so that the indicating device (3) informs the capacity control (Totalizing Inputs-Outputs) and communicates the 10 system errors, all in a fully automated way and with total efficiency.
