Footwear

The invention relates to footwear in the form of a sandal or a flip flop.

In WO 2008/071443 a shoe is described in which on its sole body a first insole is provided with a rolling tray configured in the metatarsal area; a continuous lining of foamed material with a contour corresponding to the size of the rolling tray is located from the heel area to the toe area. On top of this, a second template is provided again, on whose lower face a spherical or ellipsoid body is configured in the metatarsal area according to the depth of the rolling bowl.

With such a shoe, a physiologically correct rolling movement is achieved, because, for example, a rolling movement is produced in the form of a flexion movement starting at the outside of the foot of the heel back zone of the respective shoe passing through the metatarsal zone to the toe zone. Thanks to the structure of this shoe, when walking and standing the impact load on the sensitive joints of knees and feet and the load on the spine is greatly reduced.

In addition, when standing the user of such a shoe is taken to a fundamental physiological posture in which the knees are slightly angled, thereby discharging the spine, even when standing. In addition, due to the structure of this shoe, a correct physiological posture is achieved when walking and standing, so that the muscles are activated again naturally and, therefore, the joints are relieved.

The aim of the invention is to configure a shoe in the form of a sandal or a flip flop so that the impact loads that occur when walking or walking are not transmitted, or only to a lesser extent, to the knee, to the hip joints and the spine and at the same time the physiologically correct rolling movement described in relation to the known shoe is also achieved.

According to the invention, said objective is achieved by means of the features of claims 1 and 3. Advantageous improvements are subject to the secondary claims.

According to the invention, in a first embodiment of a shoe in the form of a sandal or a flip flop, the objective is achieved by providing a closed multilayer frame to which the toe straps and metatarsal straps are fixed and, in the case of sandal, additionally heel straps.

In this case, a lower layer of the frame has a sole body with an outer side of a flexible elastic material, with a profiled sole on the lower face and with extended functional lamellae transverse to the "longitudinal shoe axis" of different heights in the area of heel and toe area. In the metatarsal zone of the lower layer there is a rolling bucket in the shape of a shell in which a mobile sphere is housed.

The upper layer of the frame presents, supported on the functional lamellae and joined with the outer side of the sole body, a nipple palm with a shell-shaped housing on the underside of the palm. A lining of a flexible elastic material placed on the functional lamellae from the heel area until the toe area is joined with the palm and the outer side of the sole body.

In this case, the functional lamellae of the sole body oriented at an acute angle backwards in the heel area are higher than the functional lamellae of the toe area oriented at an acute angle forward.

In addition, according to the invention, in a second embodiment of a shoe in the form of a sandal or a flip flop, a closed multilayer base is provided to which toe straps and metatarsal straps are also fixed and, in the case of sandal, additionally heel straps.

In this case, the lower layer of the frame is made as a sole body with perimeter outer side of flexible elastic material and a profiled sole on the underside of the sole body. In this case, in the metatarsal area of the sole body there is a rolling bucket in the shape of a shell in which a mobile sphere is housed.

The central layer of the frame is composed in the heel area and in the toe area of layers of a flexible elastic material joined with the outer side of the sole body. The upper layer of the frame has a nipple palm attached to the layers of the middle layer that reaches from the heel area to beyond a transition zone between the metatarsal zone and the toe zone, with a shell shaped housing for the sphere on the underside of the palm and a flexible elastic material support joined with the palm and with the outer side of the sole body and, therefore, reaches from the heel area to the toe area.

In this embodiment, the raceway integrated to the sole body can be transparent and / or colored. In addition, a termination liner joined to the outer perimeter side of the frame can be provided on the palm.

By using a closed multilayer frame as a template in a properly adapted shoe, the bottom layer of this multilayer frame - unlike a profiled sole on the underside of the sole body of a sandal or flip flop - is formed of a thin sole. Also in this frame can be provided a termination liner joined with the outer perimeter side of the frame.

Due to the embodiment, described above, of the shoe frame in the form of a sandal or a flip flop or of a closed shoe, therefore, the same positive effects have been achieved as in the shoe described in WO 2008 / 071443, regarding a considerable decrease in impact load on delicate foot and knee joints, as well as on the spine, in particular when walking and standing.

In the same way, the user of footwear in the form of sandals or flip flops made according to the invention, when standing, is taken to the same fundamental physiological posture in which the knees are slightly bent. Additionally, the user of the footwear in the form of a sandal also trains the muscles of the foot, which, in the same way as in the shoe described at the beginning, has the tendency to pronation or supination.

Through active walking and thus achieved physiologically correct rolling movement, different muscles are activated substantially more than with conventionally made sandals. This, in turn, is of particular importance for strengthening the lower dorsal musculature and contributes to the stabilization of the pelvis.

In addition, when walking the abdominal muscles are also strengthened, since the wearer of the footwear according to the invention in the form of a sandal or a flipchart changes from passive walking to active walking.

In Figures 1 to 3 the same or similar components of a shoe in the form of a sandal or a flip flop according to the invention are designated with the same references. The schematic representation of figure 1 illustrates a shoe in the form of a sandal and a foot 6 outlined by a dotted line. For example, the sandal has toe straps 10, metatarsal straps 11, preferably adjustable, and heel straps 12. The toe, metatarsal and heel straps 10 to 12 are fixed to the frame by gluing and / or sewing.

In Figure 2, in a schematic view of the longitudinal section, a first form of a closed two-layer frame 1a is illustrated. The lower layer of the frame 1a is a sole body 2a with an outer side 2f, shown only in Figure 1, of a flexible elastic material. In the sole body 2a, functional lamellae 2c and 2d of different heights oriented transverse to an imaginary "shoe longitudinal axis" have been provided in the heel area 4c and in the toe area 4a. In this case, the functional lamellae 2c of the sole body 2a oriented at an acute angle backwards are taller or longer in the heel area 4c than the functional lamellae 2d of the toe zone 4a oriented at an acute forward angle.

In the metatarsal zone 2a there is a rolling bucket 3 in the shape of a shell in which a mobile sphere 5 is housed. In this case, the radius of the cavity shaped as a shell in the raceway 3 is somewhat larger than the radius of the sphere 5.

As a top layer of the frame 1a, a rigid palm 7 is provided that extends from the heel area 4c to a transition zone 6 conditioned by the function between the metatarsal area 4b and the toe area 4a. The nipple palm 7 rests on the functional lamellae 2c in the heel area 4c and is attached to the outer perimeter side 2f (see Figure 1) of the sole body 2a. According to an advantageous improvement of the invention, the palm 7 rests on an internal projection 2g perimeter of the outer side 2f of the sole body and is connected to the sole body.

Contrary to the raceway 3 integrated to the sole body 2a, a shell 7a is also formed on the underside of the palm 7, whose radius is also somewhat larger than the radius of the sphere 5.

By accommodating the sphere 5 in the two housings 3 and 7a, opposite each other, in the shape of a shell, the position of the sphere 5 is fixed relatively accurately, so that the sphere 5 fulfills the function of an asf called Physiological GMA body.

On the palm 7, covering the heel area 4c, the metatarsal area 4b and the toe area 4a, a liner 8 is provided that supports the toe area 4a on the functional lamellae 2d. The lining 8 of flexible elastic material is connected with both the palm 7 and also with the outer side 2f of the sole body 2a of the frame 1a.

The second embodiment of the invention is a three-layer closed frame 1b which, unlike the first embodiment of the sole body 2a described by Figure 2, does not have functional lamellae. Instead, the intermediate layer is composed in the heel area 4c of a comparatively thick layer 13a of a flexible elastic material 10 and a layer 13b of thinner elastically flexible material that narrows forward in the toe area 4a. Also in the second embodiment, the palm according to the advantageous improvement of the invention rests on an internal projection 2g perimeter of the outer side 2f of the sole body and is connected with the sole body.

When walking or walking, the sole body 2a or 2b of a sandal or flip flop sits on the floor first the area of

Therefore, in both forms of

realization of the footwear in the form of a sandal or flip flop is guaranteed a three-dimensional spiral dynamic rolling movement.

In the rolling process described above with respect to the support of a sandal or flip flop or of the sole body 2a or 2b in the heel area 4c, of the tread of the foot 9 in the metatarsal area 4b on the body of gma 25 physiologically important in the form of a sphere 5 until the support in the toe area 4a a very smooth walk is carried out that preserves the joints and, thus, a physiologically correct movement.

Thus, both walking / walking and standing still achieve a physiologically correct posture. At the same time, the musculature is activated naturally, compromising first of all the musculature that ensures that the foot does not twist perpendicular to the direction of travel to the right or left. Therefore, the feeling of balance of the footwear user improves or is positively influenced.
