Abstract
En este documento se describe un dispositivo autónomo de contención de derrame de fluido para una tubería que tiene un conducto de transporte para el transporte de un fluido y un conducto de contención ubicado alrededor del conducto de transporte para definir un espacio intersticial para recibir el fluido derramado del conducto de transporte. El dispositivo incluye una barrera de fluido derramado para detener el flujo del fluido derramado, que está ubicado en el espacio intersticial y se extiende entre el conducto de transporte y el conducto de contención. Un sensor acústico colocado en el espacio intersticial para la detección de fluido derramado que fluye en el conducto de contención, o en el conducto de transporte para detectar la reducción en el flujo de fluido.
