Abstract
Contacto de alta velocidad capaz de detectar, indicar y evitar maniobras incorrectas debido a un fallo interno. Un contacto (50) híbrido que permite detectar el fallo de un transistor de potencia (16), advertir a los usuarios de dicho fallo a través de una señal de alarma (13), y tomar medidas para evitar el mal funcionamiento del contacto (50) híbrido cuando se detecta un fallo de este tipo. Dicho contacto (50) comprende un contacto metálico (20) en paralelo con un par de transistores de potencia (16, 40), primer y segundo, conectados en serie. Así, el segundo transistor de potencia (40) comprende un punto de detección (46) que proporciona una señal proporcional al flujo de corriente a través de dicho segundo transistor de potencia (40). Esta señal del punto de detección (46) indica a un controlador (12) si fluye corriente a través del segundo transistor de potencia (40) cuando no debería ser así, indicando un fallo.
