Abstract
La tobera de freno de avión, situada tras el reactor, y, dirigida hacia arriba, es un sistema de freno que permite que el avión reduzca su carrera de aterrizaje todo lo que se lo permita la fuerza de sus reactores (4). Esta reducción se consigue poniendo una tobera de freno (7) en la zona de salida de los gases. Esta tobera (7) será un rectángulo, -o, un semicilindro-, que dirigirá hacia arriba a estos gases de la combustión cuando sea activada por el piloto, con lo cual, el avión se verá empujado hacia abajo con coda la fuerza de sus motores, de manera que parecerá haber aumentado mucho el peso que lo presiona contra la pista de aterrizaje, y, así, quedará detenido en pocos metros.The aircraft brake nozzle, located behind the reactor, and, directed upwards, is a brake system that allows the aircraft to reduce its landing stroke as much as the force of its reactors allows (4).
