Abstract

Method and device for postural control and reading distance in real time, for prevention and treatment of visual disturbances. A system is described that, being simple, makes possible the care, treatment and prevention of ocular health through the precise measurement and instantaneous correction of the reading distance. The system proposed by the present invention consists of a spectacle frame where a device is incorporated for the measurement of distances through light emitters and receivers to which a warning device can be attached in case the measurement does not correspond to the distance established as optimal. The system has a clinical and sanitary utility in a preventive way and, if the subject already had a specific visual problem, it can be used to perform visual therapy, that is, a prevention and treatment system.
