Abstract

Double inclusion procedure for the histological study and/or localization of molecular markers in pluricellular specimens with microscopic dimensions. The present invention refers to a double inclusion procedure of pluricellular specimens of microscopic dimensions (70-300 μm) that allows the three-dimensional spatial arrangement of the samples to be maintained and, subsequently, to carry out histological, immunohistochemical and/or localization studies. Molecular markers. The procedure includes the preparation of the sample by washing with buffered solution; fixing the sample for 10-15 minutes, at a temperature of 2-8º c; dehydration of the sample with increasing concentrations of ethanol for 10-15 minutes each, at a temperature of 2-8º c, preinclusion on agar and inclusion in paraffin, dispensing with the centrifugation of the sample at all stages of the process.
