Abstract

Dispositivo para refrigerar, conservar y regenerar alimentos con control de tiempos y temperaturas. El dispositivo forma un conjunto único (1) en el que están establecidas tres partes o cuerpos, una inferior (2) donde está el sistema de refrigeración, una intermedia (3) con bandejas (11) para los alimentos a procesar, y una superior (4) con una consola de gobierno y control de todos los medios de funcionamiento del dispositivo, comprendiendo el sistema de refrigeración un compresor, un evaporador, un elemento expansor y un condensador, contando la zona intermedia con un aislamiento adecuado, unas resistencias eléctricas (10), una o más turbinas (9) y un panel difusor (8).
