Abstract
La presente invención hace referencia a un anticuerpo monoclonal que reconoce Enteromyxum scophthalmi, procedimiento y kit de diagnóstico de la enteromixosis del rodaballo. La presente invención tiene como objeto el anticuerpo monoclonal VIE1 que reconoce de forma específica, epítopos presentes en las diferentes fases de desarrollo del mixosporidio patógeno del rodaballo. Esta invención también se refiere al procedimiento de diagnóstico de la enteromixosis del rodaballo producida por Enteromyxum scophthalmi, que comprende la adición del anticuerpo a una muestra obtenida de un rodaballo y la detección de dicho anticuerpo. En otro aspecto la invención se refiere a un kit de diagnóstico de la enteromixosis del rodaballo.The present invention refers to a monoclonal antibody that recognizes Enteromyxum scophthalmi, method and diagnostic kit for turbot enteromixosis. The present invention has as its object the monoclonal antibody VIE1 that specifically recognizes epitopes present in the different stages of development of pathogenic myxosporid of turbot. This invention also relates to the diagnostic procedure for Enteromyxosis of turbot produced by Enteromyxum scophthalmi, which comprises adding the antibody to a sample obtained from a turbot and detecting said antibody. In another aspect the invention relates to a diagnostic kit for turbot enteromixosis.
