Object of the invention

The present invention relates to a stuffed article intended for rest, such as a mattress specially designed for a bed, sofa, chair or similar object, as well as a pillow, pillow, mat, etc.

Background of the invention

Normally, items intended for rest, such as mattresses, pillows, pillows, cushions, etc. Their main objective is to provide a person with the ideal posture to achieve relaxation and rest. It is known that bad postures produce muscular tensions that prevent the desired rest and end up producing certain postural ailments in the person.

For this reason, filling materials are used in said articles that allow, in different degrees, to maintain an adequate curvature of the spine that does not produce injuries due to an inadequate posture maintained in a certain time.

For example, they are used, by themselves or in combination, filled with textile fiber fabrics, be it polyester cut fiber or cellulosic fiber, usually cotton, which offer a comfortable and elastic structure. Likewise, the use of viscoelastic materials, springs or latex is known.

Organic materials are also used as fillers. For example, Utility Model document ES 1060422 U, published on September 16, 2005, shows a therapeutic pillow comprising a buckwheat shell stuffing or pillow body, fagopyrum esculetum, as a fully moldable organic filler. In this way, the padding contained in the pillow changes and deforms following the posture of the head, the neck and the body demand, in a natural way, resulting in normal cervical lordosis.

For its part, the document of Patent CN 1316216, published on October 10, 2001, is a pillow composed of a cover that houses inside a filling of a mixture of buckwheat husk and carbonized bamboo particles, promoting a Healthy pillow, insect repellent and long life.

Likewise, certain organic materials are also used as fillers to accelerate people's sleep. Description of the invention

The present invention is established and characterized in the independent claims, while the dependent claims describe other features thereof.

In view of the foregoing, the present invention relates to a stuffed article intended for rest, such as a mattress, pillow or the like, comprising a cover that defines the exterior shape of the article while housing a First layer of padding. Such filling consists of a plurality of spherical bodies with a diameter between 0.5 mm and 5 cm.

The filling of spherical bodies provides firmness, adapting naturally to the body of the person who rests, managing to arrange it in a position with adequate curvature of the spine that does not cause injuries and that facilitates rest.

Likewise, the spherical configuration of the bodies that make up the filling, with the aforementioned dimensions, provides movements of one over the other that favor massage treatments on the person, facilitating bloody irrigation and greater relaxation of the muscles.

Likewise, good ventilation of the filling is provided as air is allowed to pass through the spherical bodies.

Detailed statement of the invention

In view of the foregoing, the present invention relates to a stuffed article intended for rest, such as a mattress, pillow, mat or the like.

As can be seen in figure 1, the article comprises a cover (1) that defines its outer shape, that is, adapted to maintain the shape and thickness of the mattress, pillow, cushion or mat, while housing inside at least a first layer (2) of filler (2.1).

The filling (2.1) consists of a plurality of substantially spherical bodies with a diameter between 0.5 mm and 5 cm.

In a preferred embodiment, the spherical bodies of the filling (2.1) consist of rounded fruit bones, that is, without the presence of edges in their outer configuration, with diameters between 0.5 mm and 5 cm.

The fruit bones used as a filling (2.1) are suitable for keeping heat and cold, so, in this case, the article can be heated or cooled according to the wishes of the person who intends to use it.

Preferably, the fruit bones used as a filling (2.1) are cherry (Prunus Avium), cherry (Prunus Cerasus), or both fruits. However, fruit bones of any other variety of the prunas species (Prunus) could be used.

Likewise, it is preferred that the fruit bones used as a filling (2.1) be dried naturally or by means of a dryer, so that they contain a humidity of between 5 and 30%. Preferably, a humidity of 13%. With this, it is sought that the fruit bones are sufficiently elastic without breaking or breaking in half, due to the use of the article that contains them.

Even, the filling (2.1) could be formed by a mixture of spherical bodies that includes at least two types of those mentioned above, that is, fruit bones, wooden balls, balls of artificial material, and / or balls of synthetic material .

On the other hand, the balls of artificial or synthetic material used as filler (2.1), could be hollow.

Likewise, the filling (2.1) could comprise other natural and / or synthetic products intermingled with the spherical bodies that make up any of the aforementioned variants.

In the exemplary embodiment shown in Figure 1, the cover (1) of the article only contains a first layer (2) of filling (2.1) consisting of spherical bodies, particularly fruit bones. However, as shown in Figure 2, in a second embodiment, in addition to the first layer (2), the cover (1) houses a second layer (3) composed of a viscoelastic material, springs, latex, or other material commonly used as filler in articles intended for rest.

Thus, there will be an article intended for rest that, on one side, has a support on spherical bodies, and on the other, a conventional support on viscoelastic material or springs or latex, among other known materials.
