Abstract
Sistema de doble hélice contrarrotante para máquina cortacésped pensado con el objeto de aumentar la eficacia de corte del césped utilizando un efecto tijera al combinar la acción de dos hélices o cuchillas que giran en sentido contrario. Dicho sistema consta de un conjunto que va acoplado al eje de trasmisión piel motor de la máquina cortacésped y que hace girar de modo primario una hélice en el mismo sentido del motor, a la vez que hace girar en sentido contrario y de modo secundario, otra hélice separada unos centímetros de la anterior. El contragiro de una de las hélices se logra por la acción de un conjunto piñón-corona que invierte el sentido de giro del eje principal del que toma su fuerza.
