El giro relativo entre ambas partes del eje se consigue a través de un actuador mecánico del tipo sinfín-corona (5) dispuesto a la altura del segundo apoyo (4). Las principales claves de la invencion se centran en la sencillez de su diseno y el reducido numero de elementos que lo constituyen, proporcionando una funcionalidad que otros disenos necesitan conseguir con la participation de un mayor numero de componentes o un diseno mas complejo. Realizando una retrospectiva acerca de distintas ideas sobre seguidores solares, se han encontrado en el mercado y por consiguiente comprendidos en el estado de la tecnica anterior, una variedad de dispositivos, pero que en ningun caso coinciden en las atribuciones que se derivan de la citada disposicion relativa de elementos.
