Abstract

Método de segmentación por umbral adaptativo variable para la obtención de valores de referencia del aire corte a corte en estudios de imagen por tomografía computarizada que comprende las siguientes etapas: adquirir imágenes (D.101) de tomografía computarizada, gestionar las imágenes (D.102) adquiridas y posprocesar (D.103) las imágenes adquiridas, donde la etapa de posprocesado comprende las siguientes fases: obtener una imagen filtrada (D.30) de las imágenes de tomografía computarizada mediante la aplicación de un filtro de mediana; obtener una imagen segmentada (D.31) mediante la aplicación de un algoritmo de segmentación convencional; obtener un valor de umbral de referencia del aire (D.32) de una imagen final para cada corte, donde la imagen final es resultado de multiplicar pixel a pixel la imagen segmentada (9) por la imagen filtrada (8), donde el valor del umbral de referencia del aire (7) se calcula mediante la ecuación Umbralaire={mi}+2{si}.
