Description

20 25 P20133117230-07-2013     ACCESSORY GLASSES FOR MOBILE DEVICES AND PC’S D E S C R I P C I 5 N OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to glasses that have been specially designed to constitute an accessory element for mobile devices and PCs. The object of the invention is to provide glasses that allow the reception of mobile alerts by means of light notices, with an anti-loss system, both of the mobile device in question or of the glasses themselves, all with a system of personalization of the rod of the glasses through led lighting. 15 The indicated device falls within the scope of the optical and eyeglass frame design industry. It is also framed in consumer electronics products and mobile and computer accessories. 20 BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION At present, the mobile devices and the technology that we carry at all times, mainly smartphones and tablets, provide us with a constant series of information that is updated at all times and allows us to expand our possibilities of communication. This information is shown on the screens of these terminals and for us to realize it they have audible alarms or vibrations that warn us of a new update but sometimes we do not realize them because we silence these devices or because we do not We have them near us. 30 Trying to obviate this problem, accessory devices are known, which allow relations with the mobile phone or device in question via Bluetooth connections, P20133117230-07-2013      but with different forms of use such as, watches connected to the mobile, hands-free bluetooth headset with control functions via switches, alarm indicator bracelets interconnected with mobile devices, etc. In this regard, it is worth noting the existence of the invention patents P200802206 and 5 P200801179, in which a frame and a device attachable to the pin of a pair of glasses are described, for the notification of the reception of telephone signals or other types of Wireless communications, which, although they fulfill the function for which they have been provided, present a problem that focuses on the following aspects: 10 - The planned warning means have an electric power consumption that significantly reduces the autonomy of the device. - Its properties are limited, since they do not allow to warn of the loss of the mobile phone through the glasses, or the loss of the glasses through the mobile phone. 15 - The Bluetooth remote control is not included in the glasses themselves. - It does not allow to personalize the rods of the glasses by means of led lighting. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION 20 The glasses that are recommended resolve in a fully satisfactory manner the problem set forth above, in each and every one of the aspects mentioned. For this, the device that is recommended is constituted from an encapsulated circuit 25 in which a microcontroller with Bluetooth / Wi-Fi technology of low energy consumption is established, associated with the corresponding charging and battery circuit, with its complementary connector, with its corresponding micro buzzer, and an antenna with a range of the order of 50 meters in free field, microcontroller to which a series of operation control buttons are associated, as well as a series of LED, s status indicators. 30 More specifically, the team has 2 notification LEDs located at P20133117230-07-2013     correspondence with the internal rod of the spectacle, and an RGB lighting LED in correspondence with the face or external rod thereof. The device is complemented with programming software, through which multiple functions are achieved, as set out below. 5 After this structuring, the glasses can communicate wirelessly by means of radio signals (bluetooth, Wi-Fi) with the mobile device with which it is paired. 10 To achieve this wireless data transmission, the mobile device has a developed application that allows the transmission of selected data via wireless communications with the glasses, which receive said information and translate it into light signals by means of the aforementioned light LEDs, signals that They can be configured both in color and duration through the mobile terminal. 15 The alerts that will be received from the mobile terminal and that will allow the illumination of the internal LED of the rod, are as varied as the services that the user contains in the mobile (calls, messages, messaging services, social network updates, alerts calendar, etc ..) 20 Another improvement proposed by the system is an anti-loss system of the mobile device or glasses, so that thanks to the wireless link (bluetooth) warn its users of a link break radio between the connected devices thus giving a signal of loss of the device. 25 It is also common to encounter situations in which the user does not find his glasses, so that the device of the invention allows its location through the mobile phone or device to which it is associated. 30 To do this, the bluetooth / wifi chip through radio signals and the received signal strength (RSSI) allow you to know how far the device with which it is connected is and if the link is lost, the glasses will emit a sound through the commented buzzer that P20133117230-07-2013     incorporates On the other hand, if you are looking for the glasses, the mobile device (Smartphone / Tablet) has an application that establishes the distance at which the glasses are thanks to the received signal strength that they are emitting through bluetooth / wifi. 5 As for the previously mentioned buttons that the eyeglass incorporates, they are designed so that by means of a wireless link (bluetooth / wifi) with mobile devices or PCs, they allow certain applications to be managed and thus use the glasses as if a remote control were involved. 10 In addition to the aforementioned, the glasses have a novel customization system since the exterior of the rod allows to be customized by lighting the RGB LEDs incorporated in it. 15 As previously mentioned, the colors of these LEDs can be customized by the user through an application installed on the mobile / Tablet thanks to the transmission of these orders wirelessly (bluetooth / wifi). As for the software application, it will have a radar system for locating the equipment 20. The application will have options for configuring the LEDs (slow / fast burst, beat, perpetual) and the buzzer, including color control. 25 The software application will monitor notifications via LED of calls, messages, emails, social network updates, calendar alerts, mobile battery status. The application to be developed will be for IOS, Android and the device must be recognized via PC / mac. The duration of the equipment must be at least 3 days. 30 Thus, from this structuring, the system that is generated allows four types of communication between the elements that participate in it: P20133117230-07-2013     1) The notification of mobile service alerts such as incoming calls, receiving text messages, social network updates (twitter, Facebook), battery status notifications of the connected device, meeting notices or calendar alerts ... all this thanks to the internal RGB LED lighting that incorporates the rod of the glasses frame. 5 2) Missing, theft and search function of the mobile phone applying the bluetooth radio technology that allows to know when the connected device is moved away, being able to configure the warning distance and in this way a sound alert is emitted on the glasses or reverse if otherwise we forget the glasses. 10 3) Interacting the glasses with third-party applications installed on smartphones or PC via Bluetooth 4.0 connection and using the Bluetooth profiles HID (human interface device), GAP (generic access profile) and Audio / video remote control profile ( AVRCP). This allows you to control applications such as the music / video player, photo applications 15, presentations (power point, keynote), the camera of the mobile ... 4) Customizable outdoor LED on the glasses thanks to the control of it through a mobile application. This allows to customize the glasses thanks to the lighting of the logo. 20 DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description that is going to be carried out below and in order to help a better understanding of the features of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical realization thereof, it is accompanied as an integral part of said description, a set of drawings where, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: 30 Figure 1.- Shows a block diagram of the electronic elements that participate in the accessory glasses for mobile devices and PCs object of the present invention P20133117230-07-2013     Figure 2.- It shows a perspective view of the real materialization of the electrical "scheme" presented in Figure 1, together with the pin of the spectacle in which the circuit is integrated. Figure 3.- Shows, an external side elevation view of the spectacle pin, in which two possible materializations for said pin have been represented. Figure 4.- Shows, finally, an internal side elevation view of said pin. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION 10 As can be seen in the aforementioned figures, and especially in figure 1, the glasses of the invention integrate an encapsulated circuit (1), in which a Bluetooth / Wifi microcontroller ( 2), which in the practical example chosen is materialized in a chip nRF51822 (BLT 4.0 LE), that is, it is based on the use of Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy technology, being the most economical solution since a System on Chip with microcontroller and Bluetooth transceiver in the same low cost package, although this materialization is merely exemplary. The microcontroller is associated with a battery (3) through its corresponding charging circuit 20 (4) and its micro USB connector (5), using in the practical embodiment example a 85 mAh Lithium-polymer battery, given its Small dimensions, (4x30x11mm). The Bluetooth / Wifi microcontroller (2) is associated with an antenna (6) through its corresponding transceiver (7), as well as an RGB LED (8), as well as an RGB LED (9), 25 with a buzzer (10) and a keypad (11) for remote control of the device associated with the glasses. For this application, low consumption components have been chosen, such as a special regulator for low consumption applications specially designed for the chosen SoC and low consumption LEDs. The antenna (6) chosen for this application has a range P20133117230-07-2013     Estimated approximately 50 meters in free field. More specifically, and as can be seen in Figure 2, the encapsulated circuit (1) is intended to be integrated into the sinew (12) of the spectacle, through the corresponding cover (13), counting with holes and windows for the different LEDs, the 5 micro USB connector (5), and the keypad (11).
