Abstract

Producto en forma de tubo con protección balística.#La presente invención se refiere a un producto compuesto de fibra con protección balística embebida con al menos una capa de fibras reforzadas dispuestas con filamentos enrollados de fibra y que forma un producto compuesto de fibra con forma de tubo. Dicho producto compuesto de fibra con forma de tubo es típicamente en forma de tubo circular; sin embargo, también puede ser ovalado o incluso angular. De forma simultánea, dicho producto compuesto de fibra es esencialmente apto para ser utilizado en diferentes construcciones en las que se desea integrar elementos de blindaje, incluyendo el cuerpo de los vehículos, por ejemplo en vehículos militares. En lo que respecta a la construcción de vehículos militares, se han realizado intentos de reducir el peso de los vehículos en comparación con la capacidad de carga de los vehículos.
