Abstract

Hidrogeles de fibrina con nanopartículas plasmónicas. La presente invención se refiere a una composición fototérmica que comprende una matriz de hidrogel de fibrina o una mezcla de sus precursores, trombina y fibrinógeno, en la que se encuentran embebidas nanopartículas plasmónicas y efectores termosensibles que contienen agentes terapéuticos que son liberados tras aplicar a la composición radiación electromagnética de una determinada intensidad y longitud de onda. Esta composición fototérmica es útil para generar hipertermia en tejidos biológicos en los que se implanta, por lo que la presente invención también se refiere al uso de esta composición para la destrucción de tumores, el tratamiento de infecciones o la regeneración de tejidos, así como para la administración controlada de agentes terapéuticos.
