Abstract

Edificio termodinámico con sistema de captación solar mediante paneles fotovoltaicos (2) instalados en elementos estructurales del techo (3) fachadas o muros externos (4) conectados a una batería (5); sistema de intercambio hidráulico implementado en elementos estructurales del suelo (7) paredes internas (8) y techo (3), proporcionando acondicionamiento térmico y agua caliente; sistema magnético como generador eléctrico adicional con un volante (6) que gira alimentado por impulsos de bobinas electromagnéticas conectadas a la batería (5) de la que se alimenta y en la que acumula la energía generada; y un acumulador geotérmico, constituido por un receptáculo (9) situado bajo tierra, por el que se hace circular el fluido del sistema de intercambio hidráulico y que, aprovechando las propiedades de determinados minerales, permite disponer de una reserva térmica adicional.
