Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de catalizadores de oro soportado de elevada carga y alta dispersión metálica mediante técnicas de impregnación a humedad incipiente partiendo de ácido tetracloroaúrico como precursor.#Se basa en el control de la especiación que sufre el precursor de oro por hidrólisis en disolución acuosa, mediante el control del pH, con el objetivo de minimizar la concentración de especies ricas en cloro ([AuCl{sub,4}]-) y hacer mayor la de especies con menor cantidad de cloro ([AuCl{sub,2}(OH){sub,2}]-).#Este procedimiento permite obtener catalizadores de oro soportado con alta dispersión metálica (tamaño de partícula promedio inferior a 1 nm y dispersión mayor de 80%) mediante técnicas simples de impregnación a humedad incipiente, a temperatura ambiente, con un alto grado de aprovechamiento del metal (92%) a partir de HAuCl{sub,4} comercial, y fácilmente escalables en cuanto a la cantidad a preparar.Procedure for the preparation of supported gold catalysts of high load and high metal dispersion by impregnating techniques to incipient moisture starting from tetrachlorouric acid as a precursor. # It is based on the control of the speciation suffered by the gold precursor by hydrolysis in aqueous solution , by controlling the pH, with the aim of minimizing the concentration of species rich in chlorine ([AuCl {sub, 4}] -) and increasing that of species with less chlorine ([AuCl {sub, 2} ( OH) {sub, 2}] -). # This procedure allows to obtain supported gold catalysts with high metal dispersion (average particle size less than 1 nm and dispersion greater than 80%) by simple impregnation techniques to incipient moisture, a room temperature, with a high degree of use of the metal (92%) from commercial HAuCl {sub, 4}, and easily scalable in terms of the quantity to be prepared.
