Abstract

Método de obtención de un material granular formulado a partir de escorias estabilizadas y cenizas volantes APC. Este método comprende: a) la formulación de un mortero a base de cemento hidráulico y cenizas volantes APC con unos porcentajes en peso de cada uno de ellos comprendidos entre 40% y 60% respecto al peso total de los mismos; incorporando el mortero entre un 70% y 90% de agua respecto al peso total del cemento hidráulico, y entre un 0,5% y 1% de aditivos respecto al peso total del cemento hidráulico. b) el depósito y fraguado de la mezcla de mortero preparada en un encofrado durante el tiempo necesario para su curado; c) el machaqueo del mortero una vez curado hasta obtener un material granular con una adecuada distribución granulométrica y unas buenas propiedades mecánicas y, d) la mezcla del mortero machado con escorias; en unos porcentajes en peso comprendidos entre el 5% - 30% de mortero machacado y el 70% - 95% de escorias estabilizadas.
