Pelotillas de oro esponjosas y plásticas para orificaciones dentales, caracterizándose por el hecho de que, preparadas en esta forma por cualquier procedimiento adecuado, constituyen pequeñas esponjas de oro que se adaptan a su uso en calzaduras u orificaciones de las cavidades formadas en la dentadura, para afectar fácilmente bajo la compresión de un instrumento forma sólida, sin necesidad de utilizar los protectores usuales de caucho o gutapercha.
