Abstract

Dispositivo pasivo para la detección y/o determinación in situ de aminas en la atmósfera. Un sensor para la detección y/o determinación in situ de aminas en aire tal como el de la atmósfera se obtiene mediante una síntesis directa, fácil y reproducible que consiste en embeber el agente de derivatización 1,2-naftoquinona-4-sulfonato sódico (NQS) en polidimetilsiloxano (PDMS). Se ha demostrado que el dispositivo es capaz de detectar concentraciones de aminas de 3 mg/m3 en 5 horas. Tanto el dispositivo como su respuesta frente a la presencia de aminas permanece estable con el tiempo. Además, no es necesaria ninguna fuente externa para la detección (es decir, se trata de un sensor pasivo que permite detectar aminas por inspección visual), lo que supone un coste energético nulo, y no presenta toxicidad, ya que tanto el NQS como el PDMS son no tóxicos.
