Abstract

1. Pañal desechable de pernera elástica mejorado, dotado de una zona central de adaptación a la entrepierna y zonas exteriores de adaptación a la cintura, caracterizado porque comprende una lámina de cobertura inferior permeable de fluidos, posicionado entre dichas láminas de cobertura superior e inferior en relación superpuesta, y tiras elásticas que se extienden continuamente en toda la longitud de los bordes longitudinales exteriores de dicho pañal y están fijadas a dicho pañal, y porque dichas tiras elásticas están fijadas en dicha zona de entre pierna en estado estirado susceptible de contracción elástica y forman partes laterales fruncidas y extensibles en dichas zona de entrepierna para adaptación elástica a las piernas del usuario. 2. Pañal desechable de pernera elástica, mejorado según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dichas elásticas están fijadas a dicho pañal en dicha zona de cintura, en un estado menos susceptible de contracción elástico o en estado relajado, a fin deproporcionar un fruncido menor o nulo de las partes laterales en dichas zonas de cintura. 3. Pañal desechable de pernera, elástica mejorado, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porqeu dicho almohadón interior absorbedor de fluidos se extiendo hasta dentro de, aproximadamente , 19 mm, de dichas tiras elásticas y no está fijado a dicha lámina de cobertura superior y a dicha lámina de cobertura inferior en dicha zona de entrepierna. 4. Pañal desechable de pernera elástica mejorando, sustancialmente con forma de reloj de arena, que define zonas exteriores de adaptación a la cintura y una zona central de adaptación a la entrepierna de anchura reducida , caracterizado porque comprende: una lámina de cobertura superior permeable a los fluidos; una lámina de cobertura inferior impermeable a los fluidos, un almohadón interior absorbedor de fluidos posicionado entre dichas láminas de cobertura superior e inferior en posición superpuesta , y tiras elásticas que se extienden continuamente en todade dicho pañal y están fijadas a dicho pañal, y porque dichas tiras elásticas están fijadas en dicha zona de entrepierna en estado estirado susceptible de contracción elástica y forman partes laterales fruncidas y extensibles en dicha zona de entrepierna para adaptación elástica con las piernas del usuario y están fijadas susceptibles de contracción elástica o en estado relajado, a fin de proporcionar un fruncido menor o nulo de las partes laterales en dichas zonas de cintura. 5. Pañal desechable de pernera elástica mejorado, según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque dicho almohadón interior absorbedor de fluidos se extiende hasta dentro de 19 mm. de dichas tiras elásticas y no está fijado a dicha lámina superior de cobertura y a dicha lámina inferior de cobertura en dicha zona de entrepierna. 6. Pañal desechable de pernera elástica mejorado.
