Abstract

Dispositivo electromecánico portátil con cepillos giratorios intercambiables para la limpieza de prótesis dentales removibles y férulas oclusales rígidas y semirrígidas, que consta de un cuerpo (1) ergonómico que incorpora en uno de sus extremos un sistema de inserción/extracción manual (1b) para cepillos intercambiables (5). Los cepillos pueden ser de diversas formas, tamaños y durezas dependiendo de la zona de la prótesis o férula a limpiar y de la consistencia de los depósitos de detritus, placa y/o tártaro a eliminar. Dichos cepillos pueden protegerse con una cubierta perforada (6). La invención consiste en que este aparato portátil permite la limpieza mecánica de prótesis removibles convencionales, especiales y sobre implantes, así como de férulas oclusales rígidas y semirrígidas, gracias a un motor (2) que puede ser accionado a una o varias velocidades y/o direcciones de giro mediante uno o varios interruptores de selección manual (7) ubicados sobre la carcasa (1a).
