Abstract

A housing (1) for the reception of a sub-assembly pertaining to communications or measurement technology is disclosed, the front and rear sides of which housing (1) are closable to be tight against high-frequency and moisture. A front plate (5), which covers in high-frequency-tight manner the or each sub-assembly (2) pushed into the housing, is provided at the front side. A rear wall (8) is connected with the housing to be tight against high-frequency and/or moisture for the closure of the rear side, and the front side can be closed off to be tight against moisture by means of a cap (10).
