Abstract

Kit para el cierre definitivo de grandes heridas cutáneas tras cirugía abdominal.#La invención describe un kit de elementos especialmente diseñados para llevar a cabo un novedoso procedimiento de cierre tras cirugía abdominal en pacientes con imposibilidad de sutura primaria directa de la laparotomía; concretamente, el kit comprende unas tiras elástica (1) adecuadas para su fijación a los bordes de la herida; y unos medios (2) de fijación de las tiras (1) elásticas a los bordes de la herida, estando los medios (2) de fijación configurados para fijarse únicamente a la piel del paciente sin atravesar la fascia, a diferencia de lo que ocurre en el sistema ABRA actualmente conocido.
