Abstract

La presente invención tiene por objeto un dispositivo que proporciona una evaluación rápida del estado de maduración de las semillas de uva mediante digitalización de imágenes. El dispositivo consiste en una cabina tubular donde se puede acoplar cualquier cámara digital compacta que tenga flash a través de una corona tubular de metacrilato translúcido de diferentes aberturas. En su interior contiene un reservorio para la muestra y una superficie con un blanco de referencia con una inclinación de 8º para minimizar los fenómenos de reflexión especular de la iluminación sobre la muestra.#Las imágenes obtenidas con este dispositivo pueden ser analizadas mediante un ordenador, que mediante la evaluación de su color predice el grado de madurez de las semillas de uva. Esta estimación es fundamental debido a la influencia de las partes sólidas de la uva durante el proceso de vinificación.A subject of the present invention is a device that provides a rapid evaluation of the ripening state of the grape seeds by image scanning.
