Abstract
Reactor nuclear con un moderador orgánicode la clase que comprende un núcleo en que se genera calor a base de la energía desprendida en la fisióncuya energía es captada por un flúido refrigerante y luego transferida al agua en un cambiador de calor adecuadocaracterizado esencialmente por el hecho de estar constituído por una serie de elementos formados por barras de uranio naturalmoderadas por un flúido orgánico pesado que contiene deuteriointerpuesto entre los elementos del combustible y mediante un cambiador término adecuado transferirla al aguapara que ésta transformada al aguapara que ésta transformada en vapor pueda accionar turbinas para la producción de energía eléctrica de la manera ordinaria.
