Abstract

Escalera helicoidal, perfeccionada, esencialmente caracterizada porque se constituye a partir de dos bandas laterales inferiores, formadas mediante sendas piezas laminares de madera, aglomerados, tablex o materiales similares, debidamente dobladas por presión para seguir el contorno curvilíneo o helicoidal de la propia escalera, de tal modo que dichas piezas de madera o bandas laterales transcurren paralelamente entre sí; con la particularidad de que los respectivos peldaños van dispuestos horizontalmente entre dichas bandas laterales y fijados a ellas por medios convencionales, tales como tornillos o empotrados en rebajes practicados al efecto en la cara interna de tales bandas laterales; habiéndose previsto que la escalera cuente al menos con una baranda externa cuyos barrotes están dispuestos entre orificios practicados en el canto superior de la respectiva banda lateral y orificios practicados en el pasamanos, siguiendo éste el contorno helicoidal y paralelo al de la referida banda lateral.
