Abstract
Un método para el procesamiento control de soporte, que comprende: el enrutamiento de una llamada que se enruta desde un dominio de red basado en el soporte de Multiplexación por División de Tiempo (TDM) o originada por un abonado de Servicio Telefónico Ordinario (POTS) intra-oficina hacia un dominio de red basado en soporte de protocolo de Internet (IP), por una primera entidad de control; la recepción de la llamada que se enruta, de nuevo, desde dicho dominio de red basado en soporte de IP y dicha llamada está destinada al dominio de red basado en soporte TDM o al abonado de POTS intra-oficina, por una segunda entidad de control; cuando se determina que un flujo multimedia, que entra y sale desde dicho dominio de red basado en soporte IP, se intercambia en la misma pasarela multimedia, la realización de una negociación multimedia durante la sesión de Protocolo Inicial de Sesión (SIP) para seleccionar un mismo tipo de codec (codificador-decodificador) multimedia que el utilizado en los circuitos de TDM o en las líneas de abonado en dos lados operativos y el control de una pasarela multimedia correspondiente para transmitir el flujo multimedia en función de dicho tipo de codec multimedia seleccionado, por la primera y la segunda entidades de control
