Abstract

Depósito suplementario de fermentación de bebidas alcohólicas, sistema de depósitos de fermentación y procedimiento de fermentación correspondiente. El depósito suplementario de fermentación comprende una cámara interior (2) de fermentación. La cámara interior (2) es accesible superiormente a través de una primera compuerta de llenado (6) e inferiormente a través de un orificio de vaciado (8) que comprende unos medios de acoplamiento (10). El orificio de vaciado (8) está configurado para ser acoplado de forma estanca con una segunda compuerta de llenado (104) de un depósito principal (100). El depósito suplementario (1) comprende además unos medios de apoyo (14) sobre el depósito principal (100) y está dimensionado para recibir, por lo menos, el volumen equivalente a los residuos líquidos y sólidos contenidos en el depósito principal (100) al final de la fermentación.
