Abstract

Un procedimiento para preparar suturas quirúrgicascaracterizado por la extrusión de un gel de colágeno ácido que tenga un contenido en sólidos de 05 a 15 % y un pH de 25 a 45 en un baño alcalino formando un filamento continuoestando formado dicho baño alcalino por un disolvente de alcanol inferior completamente miscible con aguapero que no contenga más del 50 % de aguateniendo dicho disolvente disuelto en él por lo menos 01 en peso de un álcali volátil.
