Abstract

Procedimiento integrado para la generación de energía eléctrica y aparato correspondiente, mediante la integración de la recuperación de calor residual de una instalación para la producción de clínker y de la recuperación de calor de una instalación para la concentración solar (CSP), que prevé las siguientes etapas:#a) recuperar el calor residual de los gases de proceso mediante el paso de los gases de proceso por un intercambiador de calor que alimenta un ciclo Rankine, en el que el fluido de transporte es aceite diatérmico;#b) una parte del fluido de transporte empleado en la etapa a) se desvía y se pone en contacto con un fluido diatérmico procedente de la instalación que opera según la tecnología CSP;#c) dicha parte de fluido de transporte procedente de la etapa b), a temperatura aumentada, se reenvía al sistema de recuperación del calor residual de los gases de proceso.Integrated procedure for the generation of electrical energy and corresponding apparatus, by integrating the recovery of waste heat from a clinker production facility and heat recovery from a solar concentration facility (CSP), which provides the following stages: #a) recover the residual heat of the process gases by passing the process gases through a heat exchanger that feeds a Rankine cycle, in which the transport fluid is diathermic oil; #b) a part of the transport fluid used in stage a) is diverted and contacted with a diathermic fluid from the facility operating according to CSP technology; #c) said portion of transport fluid from stage b), at an increased temperature , is forwarded to the waste heat recovery system of the process gases.
