Abstract

1.Un freno de disco con pinza flotante, para uso principalmente en los vehículos automóviles, en el que hay un soporte de freno que recibe el par de frenado y que está contiguo al disco de freno y el cual tiene dos brazos que salen radialmente, en paralelismo con el disco de freno, cada uno de los cuales tiene un orificio que está atravesado por un espárrago guía perpendicular al disco de freno, incluyendo a uno y otro lado del disco de freno unas zapatas de freno que, sujetas por los espárragos guía, pueden deslizarse axialmente haciendo apoyo en ellos en la dirección circular del disco, e incluyendo una pinza de freno (dispuesta por encima de la periferia del disco, de las zapatas de freno y de los brazos del soporte de freno), cuyas patas, paralelas al disco de freno, están atravesadas por los extremos en voladizo de los espárragos guía, caracterizado porque cada uno de los espárragos guía (14, 24) se apoya en una brida (7, 21) formada en el brazo (18, 21) del soporte de freno que sale en dirección radial por encima del disco de freno (30) y se sitúa entre las zapatas de freno (4, 16). 2.Un freno de disco con pinza flotante de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada soporte de freno, brida que sale radialmente por soporte de freno brida que sale radialmente por encima del disco de freno (30), situándose entre las zapatas de freno (4, 16), queda por dentro de las superficies de fricción (8, 9) del disco de freno. 3.Un freno de disco con pinza flotante de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las precedentes reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque el espárrago guía (14, 24) está fijado, inmovilizado axialmente, en el orificio (27) del brazo (18, 21) del soporte de freno. 4.Un freno de disco con pinza flotante de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las precedentes reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque las zapatas de freno (4, 16) están bien acopladas a ambos espárragos guía (14, 24) en el sentido principal de rotación (37) del disco de freno. 5.Un freno de disco con pinza flotante.
