Abstract

Procedimiento para el cálculo de un índice de degeneración del cartílago.#Procedimiento que permite obtener un parámetro cuantitativo denominado ?índice de Degeneración del Cartílago? para conocer, a partir de imágenes de resonancia magnética, el estado de degeneración global del cartílago articular mediante un análisis de la neovascularizaci�n asociada a procesos inflamatorios y degenerativos. Para ello, se correlacionan distintos parámetros estadísticos con las variables clónicas de la artrosis obteniéndose unos parámetros farmacocin�ticos que ayudan a determinar la irrigación vascular del cartílago. Se tiene en cuenta tanto el nivel de alteración como el espesor del cartílago dando as� una idea más exacta de su estado de degeneración, otorgando un mayor peso a aquellas regiones que presentan un mayor adelgazamiento relativo.#Encuentra especial aplicación en el ámbito de la medicina, específicamente para el diagnóstico temprano y el seguimiento a lo largo del tiempo de la degeneración del cartílago en los procesos inflamatorios y artr�sicos.Procedure for calculating an index of cartilage degeneration. # Procedure that allows obtaining a quantitative parameter called?
