Abstract

MP Panel. # The present invention relates to obtaining a product that involves the development of a new adhesive material, capable of adhering dry plaster partition to synthetic wood veneer of different materials. The product consists of a plasterboard on which once the inorganic water-based adhesive is spread, a synthetic sheet is placed, another layer of the inorganic adhesive is spread across the other side of the plasterboard and a sheet is placed as a synthetic contratiro constituting a block with wall functions practically immediately. The process of gluing and application of the sheet is a global innovation since it does not need any new industrial process or change in the current processes. It provides a gluing system that allows the joining of synthetic sheet laminate on a plaster partition that does not currently exist in the market.

Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement The invention relates to an inorganic water-based MP-panel adhesive composition consisting of mica, white cement, silica powder, slaked lime, quicklime, plaster and latex, in a mixture of this composition in water in some percentages of 30-50% (reiv. 1). Document D01 refers to a cement-containing mortar composition, untreated rice husks, loading materials and additives and an accelerator (reiv. 1). The loading material includes materials such as silica, lime, plaster and mica, among others (reiv. 18). It is a mortar that makes use of untreated rice material, not an adhesive composition. Document D02 refers to a composition for the construction of buildings, comprising plaster, a material expanded, cement and propylene or glass fibers (reiv. 1). It may additionally comprise lime powder (reiv. 2) and after mixing with water and setting forms a building material comprising plaster, cement, lime and other components (reiv. 10). There is no mention of latex or its application as an organic adhesive for panels. Document D03 refers to a dry mix for construction that is mixed with water containing cement, silica and Lime off. There is no mention of plaster or its application as an organic adhesive for panels Document D04 refers to a loading composition for joining gypsum boards containing a siliceous material expanded to prevent contraction or expansion when setting and a material that reacts with water such as cement or material not reactive. The load material includes in its components lime, mica and plaster. Does not include latex.
