Abstract

Proceso o procedimiento que permite que cualquier conductor que deja su vehículo en un aparcamiento pueda localizarlo si graba antes de salir de dicho aparcamiento el ?Código QR? (también llamado código de respuesta rápida) u otro código de lectura similar que corresponde específicamente a su plaza. De tal manera que cada plaza lleva una pegatina con su específico ?Código QR? o similar. Una vez grabado este código en su teléfono inteligente o dispositivo similar, aparecerá en su terminal un menú desplegable desde una dirección URL o página web, que con ayuda del software adecuado, desplegará un plano interactivo de asistencia de localización del lugar de aparcamiento del vehículo o ubicación de la plaza de estacionamiento.Process or procedure that allows any driver who leaves his vehicle in a car park to locate it if he records the QR code before leaving the car park. Siguiendo la redacción de la reivindicación independiente, D01 describe un sistema y método para la localización de plazas de aparcamiento que consta, entre otros, de los siguientes elementos técnicos (ver página 18 líneas de la 15 a la 21): -Un código QR situado en un lugar accesible y visible de la plaza de aparcamiento. -Teléfono móvil con lector de códigos QR que permite obtener ayuda para la localización de la plaza de aparcamiento gracias a una dirección web con software interactivo pudiendo opcionalmente obtener otra información (por ejemplo, la ruta hacia el lugar de estacionamiento del vehículo). Por lo que respecta a la reivindicación independiente número 1, y a la vista del contenido de D01, se concluye que R1 carece de novedad en el sentido del artículo 6.1 de la Ley de Patentes puesto que todos los elementos técnicos reivindicados en R1 se encuentran descritos en D01 donde desempeñan la misma función técnica. R2 carece de novedad del mismo modo que la reivindicación independiente de la cual depende. Por lo que respecta a la reivindicación independiente de procedimiento número 3, se considera D01 el documento más próximo dentro del estado de la técnica. Siguiendo la redacción de la reivindicación independiente de procedimiento número 4, D01 describe un procedimiento que consta, al menos, de las siguientes etapas (ver página 18 líneas de la 15 a la 21): -El conductor aparca su vehículo y registra el código QR correspondiente a su plaza de aparcamiento a través de su teléfono móvil. -El código QR registrado le remite a una web que le permite visualizar la plaza de aparcamiento correspondiente y otra información de interés. En base a lo anterior, se concluye que R3 carece de novedad en el sentido del artículo 6.1 de la Ley de Patentes puesto que todos los elementos técnicos reivindicados se encuentran anticipados en D01. D02 es representativo del estado de la técnica en el sector. D01 is considered the state of the art document closest to the object of the claimed application. R2 is not new in the same way as the independent claim on which it depends. As regards the independent claim of procedure number 3, D01 is considered the closest document within the state of the art. Following the wording of the independent claim of procedure number 4, D01 describes a procedure that consists, at least, of the following stages (see page 18 lines 15 to 21): -The driver parks his vehicle and registers the QR code corresponding to your parking space through your mobile phone. -The registered QR code refers you to a website that allows you to view the corresponding parking space and other information of interest. Based on the above, it is concluded that R3 is not new in the sense of article 6.1 of the Patent Law since all the claimed technical elements are anticipated in D01.
