Abstract
El objeto de la invención es un sistema de revestimiento exterior para edificios y construcciones mediante piezas de material cerámico poroso o similar denominado fachada-botijo. El sistema se puede aplicar como aplacado directo o como hoja exterior en soluciones de fachada ventilada. Frente a soluciones tradicionales de revestimientos pasivos en los edificios, el sistema incorpora la posibilidad de provocar un enfriamiento en su superficie gracias a la evapotranspiración inducida por la aportación de agua a través de una red de alveolos en el interior de las piezas. Su aplicación principal es el control térmico de la envolvente en climas cálidos y la capacidad de enfriamiento del aire de los espacios interiores de los edificios.The object of the invention is an exterior cladding system for buildings and constructions by means of pieces of porous or similar ceramic material called "façade-botijo". The system can be applied as direct cladding or as an exterior sheet in "ventilated facade" solutions. Compared to traditional solutions of “passive” coatings in buildings, the system incorporates the possibility of causing a cooling on its surface thanks to evapotranspiration induced by the supply of water through a network of alveoli inside the pieces. Its main application is the thermal control of the envelope in hot climates and the cooling capacity of the air in the interior spaces of the buildings.
