Document D02 refers to the solubility of menthol in different solvents (see the whole document). Document D03 discloses enemas comprising excipients and active components for the treatment of certain rectal and anal pathologies (see summary; pages 4-6). 1.-NEW (Art. 6.1, LP 11/1986). 1.1.-Claim 1 The state of the art document closest to the object of claim 1 is D01. Said document discloses a solution of menthol in physiological serum which, by virtue of its composition, can be considered adequate for the hygiene of the internal anal canal in the terms described in the present application. Thus, D01 is considered to anticipate identically the characteristics defined in claim 1. Consequently, the object of claim 1 does not meet the novelty requirement set forth in article 6.1 of LP 11/1986. 1.2.-Claims 2-4 Document D01 does not disclose the vehiculization of menthol in glycerin for incorporation into the physiological solution, nor the incorporation of additional components that confer certain organoleptic characteristics or active ingredients for the treatment of certain anal pathologies. Therefore, D01 does not disclose all the features defined in claims 2-4. Based on the foregoing, the object of claims 2-4 satisfies the requirement of novelty in the terms of art. 6.1 of LP 11/1986. 2.-INVENTIVE ACTIVITY (Art. 8.1, LP 11/1986). 2.1.-Claim 2 The difference between D01 and the object of claim 2 is that the physiological solution of D01 does not include glycerol as a vehicle for solubilizing menthol. However, D02 discloses the solubility of menthol in different solvents and indicates how said compound is practically insoluble in water and somewhat soluble in glycerin. For this reason, it is considered that for a person skilled in the art, the formulation of a solution composed of physiological serum and glycerin-based menthol would be obvious by combining the teachings of documents D01 and D02. Consequently, the object of claim 2 does not meet the inventive activity requirement of art. 8.1 of LP 11/1986.  WRITTEN OPINION 2.2.-Claims 3-4 As already indicated, the physiological solution disclosed in D01 does not include components that confer organoleptic characteristics or active principles for the treatment of anal pathologies. However, document D03 discloses enemas whose composition contemplates the use of excipients such as vanilla essence, which would confer aroma to the composition, and of active ingredients useful for the treatment of anal itching. Therefore, it would be obvious to the person skilled in the art to obtain physiological solutions such as those defined in claims 3 and 4, combining what is disclosed in D01 and D03. By virtue of the foregoing, it is considered that the object of claims 3-4 does not satisfy the inventive activity requirement of art. 8.1 of LP 11/1986.
