Las reivindicaciones dependientes 2 – 4 se refieren a la existencia de un interfaz de usuario con el dispositivo que consiste en un terminal de captación de electroencefalogramas que está conectado al módulo de control por cable (R.3) o por conexión inalámbrica (R.4). Tal y como aparecen redactadas actualmente las reivindicaciones, en especial la reivindicación independiente, podríamos considerar al documento D01 (del propio solicitante) como el más próximo en el estado de la técnica, ya que en dicho documento se describe un dispositivo de electroterapia que comprende un generador y un módulo de control que se encuentran asociados a una pluralidad de canales formados por módulos generadores de radiofrecuencia conectados a electrodos de tipo monopolar: activos y de retorno y/o a electrodos bipolares. A diferencia de la solicitud en estudio en este documento no se encuentran sensores de temperatura asociados a los electrodos y medios que permitan el control de los tratamientos en función de la temperatura. A este respecto, el documento D02 describe un dispositivo de electroterapia de termoestimulación que comprende un generador, pantalla y una pluralidad de canales conectados cada uno a un conjunto formado por un sistema de control asociado a un electrodo en donde se encuentra incluido un sensor de temperatura, y que permite la ejecución y regulación automática de tratamientos de estimulación preestablecidos (ver e.g. figura 10 y párrafos 13, 68-69).
