La presente invención mejora el rendimiento global del panel híbrido plano convencional mediante la incorporación de una cubierta aquí llamada cubierta transparente aislante (cubierta CTA en todo el documento). Dicho panel híbrido plano comprende: cubierta CTA (1), capa intermedia de material o gas (2), sistema de generación fotovoltaico (3), absorbedor (4), aislante posterior (5), carcasa (6), conexiones hidráulicas exteriores (7 y 8) y conexiones eléctricas exteriores (9). La cubierta CTA presenta dos variaciones, la cubierta CTA-TIM (Transparent Insulating Material) (1a) y la cubierta CTA-CVA (cámara de vidrio aislada) (1b).
