Abstract

Banco y métodos de ensayos dinámicos y estáticos de especímenes. El banco comprende una viga (11), dos soportes (13, 15) de los extremos de la viga (11), un dispositivo de aplicación de carga (17, 19) sobre dicha viga (11). La viga está configurada con al menos una superficie de sujeción de especímenes y una resistencia superior a la máxima resistencia operable de dichos especímenes al modo o modos de fallo provocados al aplicar carga sobre la viga (11). Dicho documento divulga un banco de ensayos que comprende una viga (D01: fig.1 (12)), dos soportes de los extremos de la viga (D01: fig.1 (14), (16)), un dispositivo de aplicación de carga sobre dicha viga, ((D01: fig.1 (30), (32)), en el que las superficies de la viga son las superficies de sujeción de los especímenes objeto de la carga aplicada directamente a la viga (D01: fig.1) y teniendo la viga una resistencia superior que la de los especímenes a ensayar (párrafo [0016]). Se diferencia de la primera reivindicación en que la viga no está configurada con una sección transversal en forma de T. El efecto técnico de esta configuración es disponer de dos superficies de sujeción de especímenes. El problema técnico a resolver es cómo poder disponer más de un especímen laminado en un banco de ensayos. El documento D02 divulga un banco de ensayos en el que la forma de la viga sobre la que se dispone el espécimen a ensayar tiene una forma como la reivindicada (T o cajón) (D02: fig. 2, 7 y 8) lo que permite fijar más de un especímen y disponer de dos superficies para su fijación. Por lo tanto, un experto en la materia utilizaría dicha característica técnica para solucionar el problema técnico planteado. Así, la primera reivindicación no presentaría actividad inventiva según el artículo 8.1 de la ley de patentes. Por lo tanto, las reivindicaciones 3 y 4 así como sus dependientes se considera que presentan novedad y actividad inventiva según los artículos 6.1 y 8.1 de la ley de patentes 11/1986.
