Abstract

Sistema de fijación para aerogeneradores caracterizado por estar formado por una brida delantera (9) y una brida trasera (8) solidarias entre sí, que se soportan sobre el eje rotatorio hueco (2) y se unen al sistema de pitch que componen los rodamientos (6) del eje y la pieza en estrella (4). El método de fijación une la brida trasera (8) al eje hueco (2) con un collarín cónico (10) y por mediación de unos casquillos (11) distanciadores se une también a la brida delantera (9). El collarín (10) transmite por fricción mayores momentos y esfuerzos axiales mejorando el sistema de fijación, y la orientación de los tornillos del collarín (10) y de los tornillos (12) de los casquillos distanciadores (11) facilitan la inspección y el mantenimiento.Fixing system for wind turbines characterized by being formed by a front flange (9) and a rear flange (8) in solidarity with each other, which are supported on the hollow rotary axis (2) and are attached to the pitch system that make up the bearings ( 6) of the shaft and the star piece (4). Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement La presente solicitud de patente en su reivindicación independiente 1 describe un sistema de fijación utilizado para la unión entre el eje rotatorio y el sistema de pitch de un aerogenerador, caracterizada porque -está compuesto por una doble brida formada por una brida delantera y una brida trasera solidarias entre sí -la brida delantera se ancla al eje empujador y al sistema de pitch formado por la pieza en estrella, -la brida trasera atravesada por el eje rotatorio hueco y que trabaja a fricción sobre él y -ambas bridas, la delantera y la trasera, se unen entre ellas con dos o más casquillos. En la reivindicación independiente 6 de la solicitud de patente se describe además un método de fijación, caracterizado porque sigue los siguientes pasos: -bloqueo del sistema de pitch fijando la estrella al buje mediante las flechas y tacos de bloqueo -retirar la caja de rodamientos, la brida y desplazar el eje hueco fuera de la estrella con el cono empujador -colocación del collarín cónico sobre el eje hueco -colocar la brida trasera orientada de forma que los casquillos que unen ambas bridas queden entre los brazos de la estrella -recolocar el eje hueco, añadir la brida delantera y la caja de rodamientos -fijar todos los elementos, colocar los casquillos con sus correspondientes tuercas y dar par de apriete al collarín cónico. Los documentos citados D1-D3 muestran distintos sistemas de pitch, con diversas configuraciones, elementos de rigidización y bridas que se utilizan en el montaje para fines muy distintos de los usados en la presente solicitud. Ninguno de los documentos anteriores muestra un sistema ni un método de fijación que une mediante una brida el eje hueco con el sistema de pitch, tal y como se detalla en la invención; mostrando en definitiva el estado de la técnica. Por lo tanto se puede considerar que la invención es nueva e implica actividad inventiva tal y como requieren los Arts. 6.1 y 8.1 de la Ley de Patentes 11/86. The documents cited D1-D3 show different pitch systems, with various configurations, stiffening elements and flanges that are used in the assembly for purposes very different from those used in the present application. None of the above documents show a system or a fixing method that joins the hollow shaft with the pitch system by means of a flange, as detailed in the invention; definitely showing the state of the art. Therefore it can be considered that the invention is new and implies inventive activity as required by the Arts. 6.1 and 8.1 of Patent Law 11/86.
