 2. Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement The technical object of the invention is a Retaining Wall of refillable drawers. The inventor aims to reduce manufacturing and transportation costs of the modules, as well as increase the stability of the wall. For this, the inventor proposes hollow drawers with protrusions in their base that fit in the upper opening through which the filling is introduced, giving rise to a vertical tongue and groove joint between them. As an alternative, it proposes introduction of a partition wall that forms a countercube to be filled, for the purpose of wall stability. The request consists of 9 claims, the 1st being independent and the rest dependent. The first claim includes the essential technical characteristics of the invention. The second claim relates to a filling alternative. The third claim refers to the tongue and groove joint. The 4th and 5th claims constitute design options. Claims 6 and 7 refer to the counter cuvette. Claim 8 refers to the chamfering of the inner perimeter. Claim 9 refers to the reinforcement anchor to the embankment. Of the documents cited in the State of the Art Report, the document closest to the invention is considered WO2010102213 (D01). D01 discloses a retaining wall comprising a plurality of drawers (100), which have a hole for the introduction of filling material inside the drawer (See Fig. 8), presenting on the underside of each drawer, means of connection (136) with said hole of the upper face (See Fig. 10), establishing a tongue and groove relationship of the drawers with each other, the projection (136) being in accordance with the hole geometry of the upper face. The drawer (100) has an orthopedic geometry. Claims 1-4 are disclosed in D01, therefore lacking in novelty and inventive activity. Claim 5 constitutes a design option. Claims 6 and 7 are not disclosed in D01. However, D02 discloses a retaining wall comprising a plurality of drawers (10), which have a wall transverse, forming a countercube (14), in order to fill it and make the wall more stable. (See paragraph 32). It would be obvious for a person skilled in the art, to introduce this technical characteristic in D01, obtaining the technical object described in claims 6 and 7. Claim 8 is not disclosed in D01. However, it is known in the sector, the use of chamfered internal edges. (See D03, fig. 1) Claim 9 is not disclosed in D01. However, it is of general knowledge in the sector the use of means of anchoring the wall to the ground. Conclusion: - Claims 1-4 are not new, nor do they possess inventive activity.
