Soporte para dispensador de papel en formato rollo.#Se describe un soporte para dispensadores de papel como los que se encuentran en los aseos públicos que aporta una mejora con respecto a los ya conocidos ya que presenta una serie de ventajas con respecto a los mismos al hacer uso de dos piezas, macho y hembra, con una configuración y morfología específicas que permiten un mejor rendimiento en el suministro de papel. Dicha mejora viene dada por la configuración del soporte en dos piezas que se acoplan una a otra mediante un macho presente en una de ellas y una hembra presente en la otra, dichos machos y hembras pueden tener distinta configuraciones permitiendo un control selectivo de y eficaz de las posibles combinaciones de rollo de papel y dispensador.Support for paper dispenser in roll format. # A support for paper dispensers such as those found in public toilets is described, which provides an improvement over those already known as it presents a series of advantages with respect to them. make use of two pieces, male and female, with a specific configuration and morphology that allow a better performance in the paper supply. DESCRIPCIÓN

Soporte para dispensador de papel en formato rollo.

Objeto de la invención 5

La presente invención se enmarca en el campo de los dispensadores de papel para uso higiénico.

El objeto de la invención consiste en un par de piezas donde una de ellas destinadas a ser insertadas en el interior de un dispensador de rollos de papel. 10

Antecedentes de la invención

Son conocidos los sistemas de dispensadores de papel en el cuales éste viene en formato bobina o rollo de lámina de papel que se inserta en un portarrollos. 15

Como por ejemplo, el descrito en el documento ES0234421 donde se describe un envase dispensador de servilletas destinado a albergar en su interior una bobina de papel en la que se ha previsto un desenrollamiento axial, el cual presenta un cuerpo prismático cuadrangular, hueco y carente de una de sus bases, a través de la cual recibe una tapa que encaja a presión sobre el aludido cuerpo, merced a un aumento de dimensiones interno de la aludida tapa 20 y a otro externo de la zona lateral del cuerpo prismático próxima a su embocadura, donde la tapa presenta un resalte rectangular que afecta a la mitad de su extensión, apareciendo sobre la zona no resaltada la ranura para la salida de las servilletas la cual ranura conforma un ángulo acusadamente obtuso, en oposición a cuya bisectriz cuenta con una fisura de bordes dentados prevista para el corte del papel, estando este con junto cerrado por una sobre tapa.

Lo mismo ocurre en el documento ES1019272, donde se detalla un dispensador de papel para secamanos constituido por dos piezas acoplables y girables entre sí una de cuyas piezas presenta medios de fijación a una pared y además está dotada de una escotadura inferior oblonga a través de las cuales se extraen manualmente las toallas dispuestas por unidades, pieza que presenta en la zona extrema una regleta orientable dentada que facilita el corte por rasgado de papel en bobina dispuesto en el interior del dispensador. 30

Este tipo de aparatos dispensadores de papel permiten extraer el papel a través de una ranura por la cual asoma una parte del papel enrollado de tal forma que al tirar de ésta el rollo gira sobre su eje longitudinal cediendo el papel enrollado al usuario a través de la ranura. Dichos sistemas hacen uso de rollos de papel previamente equipados con al menos una parte de un mecanismo portarrollos que permite el giro del rollo de papel con respecto del propio 35 mecanismo en su parte del dispensador o con respecto de un apoyo en el mismo que sirve de superficie de apoyo al giro de una parte insertada o fijada en el interior del rollo de papel.

Dichos apoyos permiten no solo el giro sino que además se puede producir un efecto de deslizamiento, resbale, entre el apoyo y el elemento fijado al rollo. Asimismo ambas partes pueden no encontrarse debidamente fijadas a 40 sus respetivas piezas, interior del rollo y portarrollos del dispensador, permitiendo igualmente el citado deslizamiento en rodadura perdiendo efectividad en el giro que empuja el papel hacia la ranura pudiendo a su vez producir pliegues en el rollo y atascos en el dispensador.

Descripción de la invención 45

El dispensador objeto de la invención permite dar solución a los problemas anteriormente planteados ya que propone una configuración de soporte de rollo o bobina de papel en un dispensador de papel basada en conectores de dos piezas que presentan al menos dos puntos de posicionamiento de momento en el giro del rollo al tirar del papel, esto permite un mejor recorrido del arco de giro del rollo a la vez que elimina la dependencia de un solo punto 50 de tracción o generación del movimiento de giro necesario para liberar la lámina de papel.

Asimismo el objeto de la invención aquí descrita permite una fijación firme entre las piezas del soporte tanto entre sí como con el interior del soporte como con la pared del dispensador donde se apoya o fija una de las piezas del soporte. 55

Realización preferente de la invención

A la vista de las figuras se describe a continuación un modo de realización preferente de un soporte para dispensador de papel en formato rollo objeto de la invención el cual presenta una pieza macho (1) como la que se 10 observa en las figuras 2a, 2b, 4a, 4b, 6a y 6 b que está destinada ser insertada en el interior de una bobina o rollo de papel mediante la inserción en el interior de dicho rollo de un primer cuerpo (3) de dicha pieza macho (1), primer cuerpo (3) que comprende una serie de primeras pestañas de cierre (10) destinadas a fijar al menos temporalmente la pieza macho (1) al interior del citado rollo de papel y una pieza hembra (2) como la que se observa en las figuras 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a y 6a destinada a ser instalada en el interior de un dispensador de papel, pieza hembra (2) que a 15 su vez también puede presentar en un segundo cuerpo (3´) de la pieza hembra (2) el cual comprende una serie de segundas pestañas de cierre (10´) destinadas a fijar al menos temporalmente la pieza hembra (2) al dispensador de papel.

Dicha pieza macho (1) se encuentra definida por el primer cuerpo (3) siendo éste de revolución hueco abierto en su 20 parte inferior y con una primera superficie plana (4) que cierra su parte superior; la cual puede presentar al menos un primer taladro (5) pasante destinados a rebajar la cantidad de material en la superficie plana (4) dotando a la misma de cierta flexibilidad. La pieza macho (1) dispone de un elemento conector macho (6) perpendicular a la citada primera superficie plana (4) que cierra la parte superior del primer cuerpo (3), donde una primera pared lateral (7) del primer cuerpo (3) comprende una serie de resaltes (8) que en una realización preferente tienen forma cuña y que se 25 encuentran definidos orientados perpendicularmente a dicha primera superficie plana (4) entre sí dispuestos formando una matriz polar con centro comprendido en el eje central de revolución del primer cuerpo (3) y orientados paralelos entre sí y con respecto del citado eje central de revolución del primer cuerpo (3) destinados a fijar el rollo a la pieza macho (1) o viceversa.

Mientras que la pieza hembra (2) presenta el ya citado segundo cuerpo (3’),que también es de revolución hueco abierto en su parte inferior, y con una segunda superficie plana (4´) que cierra su parte superior la cual comprende al menos un segundo taladro (5´) , visible en la figura 1B, pasante con la misma función del primer taladro (5) pasante, un conjunto de primeros taladros (5) pasantes define un patrón circular discontinuo, y al menos un elemento conector hembra (9) destinado a alojar el elemento conector macho (6) ubicado en una segunda superficie plana (4´) 35 que cierra la parte superior del segundo cuerpo (3´).

El conector macho (1) presenta una serie de primeras pestañas (10) que sobresalen desde el perímetro de la primera superficie plana (4) de cierre ubicada en la parte superior del primer cuerpo (3) y que se encuentran dispuestas formando una matriz polar con centro coincidente con el centro de dicha primera superficie plana (4). 40

La pieza hembra (2) adicionalmente comprende una serie de segundas pestañas (10´) que sobresalen desde el perímetro de la segunda superficie plana (4´) de cierre ubicada en la parte superior del segundo cuerpo (3´) y que se encuentran dispuestas formando una matriz polar con centro coincidente con el centro de dicha segunda superficie plana (4´). En ambas configuraciones las pestañas (10, 10´) pueden presentar unos nervios definidos en 45 su parte inferior destinados a reforzar las características mecánicas del mismo.

En una primera realización del objeto de la invención del soporte para dispensador de papel en formato rollo objeto de la invención mostrada en las Figuras 1a, y, 2a y 1b, 2b el elemento conector macho (6) comprende al menos dos segmentos verticales de ejes paralelos y perpendiculares a la primera superficie plana (4) que parten de dicha 50 primera superficie plana (4), mientras que el elemento conector hembra (9) comprende al menos dos orificios pasantes coincidentes en forma con aquella de una sección de dichos segmentos verticales del elemento conector macho (6) y destinados a albergar las piezas verticales del elemento conector macho (6); en una posible puesta en práctica de esta primera realización, mostrada en las figuras 1a y 2a, los segmentos verticales tienen sección en forma de cruz, siendo posible otras configuraciones en otras morfologías. 55

En una segunda realización 3a, 3b, 4a y 4b, el soporte para dispensador de papel presenta el elemento conector macho (6) con una pared vertical perpendicular a la primera superficie plana (4) que parte de dicha primera superficie plana (4), y el elemento conector hembra (9) comprende al menos un orificio pasante coincidente en forma con aquella de la pared vertical del elemento conector macho (6) y destinado a albergar la citada pared 60 vertical del elemento conector macho (6); donde la sección longitudinal de la pared puede ser al menos parcialmente coincidente con un diámetro de una zona interior de la superficie plana (4).

En una tercera realización Figuras 5a, 5b, 6a y 6b, el soporte para dispensador de papel en formato rollo presenta el elemento conector macho (6) consistente en una estructura hueca de forma triangular de paredes verticales 65 perpendiculares a la primera superficie plana (4) que parten de dicha primera superficie plana (4), dicha estructura
hueca de forma triangular de paredes verticales perpendiculares a la primera superficie plana (4) tiene el centro geométrico de la base triangular de la estructura triangular coincidente con el centro geométrico de la primera superficie plana (4); mientras que el elemento conector hembra (9) comprende al menos un orificio pasante coincidente en forma con aquella de la estructura hueca de forma triangular del elemento conector macho (6) y destinado a albergar la citada estructura triangular de paredes verticales del elemento conector macho (6). 5

Cabe destacar que en cualquiera de las posibles realizaciones de la invención mostradas y tal y como se muestra en cualquiera de las figuras adjuntas se puede hacer uso de unos resaltes de agarre (11’) definidos en el segundo cuerpo (3’) de forma cuña y dispuestos perpendicularmente a la pared de dicho segundo cuerpo (3’) destinados a dotar de mayor agarre de fijación de la pieza hembra (2) así como de un apéndice (11) dispuesto a modo de rebaje 10 en el primer cuerpo (3) de la pieza macho (1) destinado a facilitar la inserción de dicha pieza macho (1) en el interior del rollo de papel.

This type of paper dispensing apparatus allows the paper to be extracted through a slot through which a part of the rolled paper appears in such a way that when the paper is pulled, the roll rotates on its longitudinal axis giving the rolled paper to the user through the groove. Such systems make use of paper rolls previously equipped with at least a part of a roll holder mechanism that allows the paper roll to rotate with respect to the mechanism itself in its part of the dispenser or with respect to a support therein that serves as a surface to support the rotation of a part inserted or fixed inside the paper roll.

These supports allow not only the rotation but also a sliding effect can be produced, slipping, between the support and the element fixed to the roll. Likewise, both parts may not be properly attached to their respective parts, inside the roll and roll holder of the dispenser, also allowing the said sliding slide while losing effectiveness in the rotation that pushes the paper towards the groove and in turn can produce folds in the roll and jams in the dispenser.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

In view of the figures, a preferred embodiment of a paper dispenser holder in roll format object of the invention is described below, which has a male part (1) such as that seen in Figures 2a, 2b , 4a, 4b, 6a and 6 b which is intended to be inserted inside a paper coil or roll by inserting into said roll a first body (3) of said male part (1), first body (3) comprising a series of first closing tabs (10) intended to fix at least temporarily the male part (1) inside said paper roll and a female part (2) like the one seen in figures 1a , 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th intended to be installed inside a paper dispenser, female part (2) which in turn can also present in a second body (3 ') of the female part (2 ) which comprises a series of second closing tabs (10 ') intended to fix at least temporarily between the female part (2) to the paper dispenser.

Said male part (1) is defined by the first body (3) being this hollow revolution open in its lower part and with a first flat surface (4) that closes its upper part; which can have at least a first hole (5) through designed to reduce the amount of material on the flat surface (4) giving it some flexibility. In a second embodiment 3a, 3b, 4a and 4b, the paper dispenser holder has the male connector element (6) with a vertical wall perpendicular to the first flat surface (4) that starts from said first flat surface (4), and the female connector element (9) comprises at least one through hole coinciding with that of the vertical wall of the male connector element (6) and intended to house said vertical wall 60 of the male connector element (6); where the longitudinal section of the wall can be at least partially coincident with a diameter of an interior area of the flat surface (4).

It should be noted that in any of the possible embodiments of the invention shown and as shown in any of the attached figures, it is possible to use gripping projections (11 ') defined in the second wedge-shaped body (3') and arranged perpendicularly to the wall of said second body (3 ') intended to provide greater grip for fixing the female part (2) as well as an appendix (11) arranged as a recess 10 in the first body (3) of the male part (1) intended to facilitate the insertion of said male part (1) inside the paper roll.

Claims

1. Support for roll paper dispenser characterized in that it comprises:

- a male part (1), defined by a first hollow revolution body (3) open at its bottom and with a first flat surface (4) that closes its upper part which comprises at least a first bore (5) through and at least one male connector element (6) perpendicular to said first flat surface (4) that closes the upper part of the first body (3), where a first side wall (7) of the first body (3) comprises a series of defined projections (8) oriented perpendicularly to said first flat surface (4) that are separated from each other arranged to form a polar matrix with center comprised in the central axis of revolution of the first body (3) and oriented parallel to each other and with with respect to said central axis of revolution of the first body (3),

- a female part (2), defined by a second hollow revolution body (3 ') open at its bottom and with a second flat surface (4') that closes its upper part which comprises at least a second hole (5 ´) 15 through and at least one female connector element (9) intended to accommodate the male connector element (6) located on a second flat surface (4´) that closes the upper part of the second body (3´).

Paper dispenser holder in roll format according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that the female part 30 (2) additionally comprises a series of second tabs (10 ') protruding from the perimeter of the second flat surface (4') of closure located in the upper part of the second body (3´) and which are arranged forming a polar matrix with a center coinciding with the center of said second flat surface (4´).

6. Paper dispenser holder in roll format according to claim 4 or 5 wherein the tabs (10, 10 ') 35 comprise ribs defined in its lower part.

7. Support for roll paper dispenser according to any one of the preceding claims wherein:

- the male connector element (6) comprises at least two vertical segments of parallel and perpendicular axes to the first flat surface (4) that start from said first flat surface (4), and

- the female connector element (9) comprises at least two through holes coinciding with that of a section of said vertical segments of the male connector element (6) and intended to house the vertical pieces 45 of the male connector element (6).

11. Paper dispenser holder in roll format according to claim 10 wherein the longitudinal section of the vertical wall of the male connector (6) has a length at least partially coincident with a diameter of an interior area to the flat surface (4).

Paper dispenser holder in roll format according to claim 9 wherein the triangular hollow structure of vertical walls perpendicular to the first flat surface (4) has the geometric center of the triangular base of triangular structure coinciding with the geometric center of the first flat surface (4).

Paper roll holder according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it additionally comprises grip projections (11 ') defined in the second body (3') wedge-shaped and arranged perpendicular to the wall said second body (3 ') intended to provide greater grip for fixing the female part (2).

14. Support for roll paper dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that it additionally comprises an appendix (11) arranged as a recess in the first body (3) of the male part (1) intended for facilitate the insertion of said male part (1) inside the paper roll.
