Abstract

Elemento constructivo con integración de sistemas activos calefacción-refrigeración, en placas de yeso/elementos de trasdosado con materiales de cambio de fase incorporados. La presente invención se refiere a un elemento constructivo a modo de placa de yeso laminado, definido por la combinación e integración de distintos elementos; la placa de yeso, el material de cambio de fase (PCM) aportado a dicha placa y un sistema activo integrado para intercambiar energía en el conjunto, favoreciendo los procesos de carga y descarga del PCM microencapsulado y permitiendo la acumulación de calor latente. Como sistema activo incorpora una malla térmica eléctrica o un sistema de serpentín radiante. Aplicable en tabiquería seca, divisiones interiores, trasdosados, cielorrasos o falsos techos.
