Grúa de bipedestación para personas con condiciones de movilidad reducida, que comprende una estructura portante (2) con unos primeros pies de apoyo (3), sobre la que se dispone una columna de soporte (5) que se encuentra articulada a una barra elevadora (6) dotada de medios de sujeción (7), y un dispositivo de elevación (8) que se encuentra configurado para subir y bajar la barra elevadora (6). Cuya estructura portante (2) comprende una plataforma fija (20) unida a los primeros pies de apoyo (3) conformando una primera posición de orientación; unos segundos pies de apoyo (40) desplegables que se encuentran configurados para conformar una segunda posición de orientación; y una plataforma móvil (50) unida a la columna de soporte (5) y dispuesta sobre la plataforma fija (20), dicha plataforma móvil (50) configurada para girar sobre dicha plataforma fija (20) desde la primera hasta la segunda posición.
